Our Indian culture is 12,000 years old ( calculation of years taken from Monu Youg Sastra ) and we taught the world about math, science, space, medicine, war techniques so on. The present India spoke 455 languages, have 177 universities, around 450,000 engineers, around 467.13 lacks professional doctors, nearly 1.2 hundred thousand scientist produce every year, 5000 newspaper published, more than 500 movies in 21 languages produce by the Indians, more than 5 hundreds thousand monks and 1 hundred thousand villages where 1.21 billion people lived with huge market for trading.

But the question is what is the standard of our society ? This great nation at present full of FAGGOTS ( Hijra ). Don’t surprise because I am giving my full logic regarding it at below. The Bureaucrats of India systematically transformed the society as a boneless creature so that these “ Kala Angraz” ( Black Indian Englishman = Bureaucrat ) can ruled over the society. In the constitution of India it is said “ No elected member can interfere in the day to day work of the Govt. and if any one does then he/ she must be booked under Indian penal code ”. Did you ever heard that in 65 years of independence OR after 1952 any bureaucrat arrested any politician for interfering in the govt. work !!!??? Today our society is full of faggots because of these “ Kala Angraz ” ( Black Indian Englishman = Bureaucrats ).

WHO ARE THE MAIN CULPRITS ???

1.         MONK’S – The monk’s are known as “ Living God on Earth ” they are the representative of LORD. People respect them blindly out of holy words. It is a criminal breach of TRUST  by the monks towards civilization. Today the Monkshood is the best profession. The monks have knowledge or not, that does not a matter but a President of a nation has to bow infront of a Monk out of cultural tradition.  

The duty of a Monk is 1st meditation and after that he / she must serve the society to wipe out his / her EGO. We have one hundred thousand villages and 5 hundred thousands Monks in India. Therefore 5 Monks is per one village if you divide. The question is can you see 1 monk in every village of India ??? So what the hell these monks are doing ??? What the hell the masters are doing ??? What the hell society is doing ???

A Monk can’t claim that this land is mine or that thing is mine, they have to stay away from all types of worldly things. But look at the Indian religious channel “ Astha ” to know our India religious masters. Does any one of them follows what is said in monkshood ??? Today’s Monk can’t live without A/C, they can’t move without A/C car. They needs bodyguard to protect themselves from enemy. So how they preach the devotees about trust on LORD !!! After watching all these fake-hood the stupid educated people of India are running behind to these so called masters !!! Please go to any lower court of India and then see how many cases filed by these type of monks for ownership of property. Look at Dalai Lama Ji who is a Monk and claiming land for Tibet !!! He can fight for freedom for Tibet as a civilian but not as a Monk. He is a covenant breaker on the basis of monkshood but the world runs behind him !!!  Therefore who is stupid – The society or the monks ???

Monks and others wrote many stupid books for which people have wrong concept about Monkshood that is monk means quite, sober, soft spoken so on, then my question is what will happen to grate master Durbasa Muni because he was very cruel as people of India thinks ? Viswamitra Muni fall in love with a women even after prophet hood ? Muni Paraysu Ram behead 1000 kings to establish justice in the society ? Lord Ram killed 1 million people, lord Krishna was responsible for millions of killing and Persian prophet the Bab took sword to chop the enemies ? So where is soberness, quite … all the adjectives which used in the books ? The above mentioned name were not prophet ? Stupid writers gave  useless explanation and stupid people are following the same !!!   

A monk  must be soft or hard as per demand of the time and they took arms when needed to bring justice in the society.     

2.         JUSTICE – The 2^nd lord of the society is Justice of the court. Once Chief Justice of India accepted that 3 % Judges of India is corrupt.  Please go to any lower court of India and see how much corruption is in the court. I have cases at Gaya Lower court and one case no. is 850/2007.  I saw corruption in the court of Gaya, Bihar, India. Even after writing letters about it to the chief justice office nothing happened till now. These justice always save the IAS, IPS, Politicians until some issue is adverse in the society. No lower court of India pass an order for FIR easily against any IAS, IPS when day and night these IAS & IPS’s are raping the fundamental rights of the people of India. Both ( Judicial & Bureaucrats ) don’t touch each other because they knows each other who is corrupt how much. 30 million cases are pending in India courts. They took money for giving bail to culprits, giving favourable judgement to Businessman, IAS, IPS, Politicians, Mafia’s. A lord  ( judges ) forgot his lordship. Our 95 % judges of India are corrupt. In our country we have 3 types of main intelligence wings ( 1 ) State Intelligence ( 2 ) Intelligence Bureau ( controlled by central govt.) ( 3 ) Central Bureau of Investigation. And if these 3 wings published their reports then the IAS, IPS, Politicians and Judges of India will go behind the bar. But these people are the modern king of India and the public is the slave of these people. As per Official Secrets Act, 1923 Sub-section (1) a public authority may allow access to information, if public interest in disclosure outweighs the harm to the protected interests. If you ask the intelligence about any report then these 3 wings will never give you one single piece of paper from their report and no govt. is going to take action. If you talk about court and judges of India then the so called honest simple way sent you jail. What a joke for India !!!

For example – A justice walks on the grass or pee on it like every civilian. Is it not a living organism ? Every living organism has soul and feelings. Do these judges ever say sorry to grasses ? These judges talks about morals, ethics and values then is it not that a convict is giving justice to another convict !!! ???

Another example – Lord Krishna had 3 wives and reviled Holy GITA. Now the question is do our society agree to have 3 wives ? If  lord Krishna can have 3 wives  and still he is lord then why the society punish a man or a women if they have any extra material relationship !!??? If you are a Hindu then you have to take an oath by putting your hand on GITA which was reviled by lord Krishna who had 3 wives. A justice knows that lord Krishna had 3 wives then how he / she is giving justice regarding extra material relationship of a man or women !!! Where people are following the lords act ? Why we have to follow such lord who had 3 wives and take an oath to speak the truth in the court  by putting our hands on GITA ? This is our culture !!!  

Another example – At the time of “ Puja ” we the Hindus establish life on statue’s of God by “ Mantra ” and after certain dates we throw the statue of God in the water ( Pond or River or Sea ). The question is what is the “ Mantar ” of taking life ? Until or unless we take the life from statue of God the life is there. So when we are throwing the statue of God in the water ( Pond or river or sea ) at that time the life is still there. Therefore are we not a murderer ? A Judge is also murderer because he / she also did the same as normal citizens are doing. Then how a murderer give judgement to a convict ? Please asked all the Hindus “ What is the mantra of taking life ” and then so called master / priest of Hindus which you could see  from  Tv., Magazine, News paper or Public gathering would run away from the place. This is our culture !!!        

3.         BUREAUCRATS – IAS, IPS, IFS and IRS are the supreme quality India’s as most stupid Indians thinks. The backbone of modern Indian system is our administrative system. They are keeping the real power of India as per constitution of India. To create an IAS or an IPS, our society paid minimum 5 millions to 1 crore rupees ( 10 million = I Crore, 1 million = 10 hundred thousand ) to Lal Bahadur Sastri Academy for an IAS and Indian Police Academy for an IPS. You can say a District Magistrate ( An IAS ) is the king of a district under the constitution of India. Among of these bureaucrats 95 % of them have highly questionable morality, ethics and values and 95 % of them ( IAS, IPS ) only looks for money & how to be a home secretary or foreign secretary or chief secretary or chief commissioner police. And for it they take the path of favoritism to win the heart of Ministers / Politicians / political parties. In any society the citizens have no time to look on the day today works of the government and that is why through election people sent representatives in the assembly to make laws. These law makers made system by the suggestions of public and under that system these bureaucrats are chosen by national examinations in any part of the world. But at the end the bureaucrats proved by their acts that they are the traitor of a society. They are servant of the people but by their acts they proved that they are the “ BOSS ” of the people. To protect themselves they ( IAS , IPS ) carried the best arms man as a body guard ( body guard means dogs ) and by the power of these arms man ( dogs ) they showed their power on simple civilians. They can’t come 1 vs 1 fight to show their bravery with public because these coward bureaucrats are the biggest faggot ( Hijra ) of any society. They ruined every part of India and they always move with the dogs ( dogs means here the body guards ) so that citizens can’t kick on their ass. If they are honest then why they need body guards ? Those 5 % from them are dry honest they never sit at right department by the ruling party of the state / country in India from where they can develop our nation more better way. These 95 % corrupt IAS & IPS ( Black Indian Englishman = Bureaucrat ) are ruined every part of our great nation India.

4.         MEDIA – Media is called the mirror of the society. In every revolution they played the vital roll for successes. This industry is getting govt ad’s nearly 400 Crores rupees ( 10 millions = 1 Crore. ) from any big state like Bihar. Is there any one who don’t want money ? And these media house is running by the business houses to protect their evil interest and controlling over the political parties but not as a mirror of the society. These business houses owners are the faggots ( Hijra ) of India who is playing big game in any part of the world. Morality, Ethics and Values are just a bookish word for them.

Look at the ad’s which they print in the magazine, news paper & television. If they want to show boobs, ass of a lady then show it full, why they only show 1/3^rd  of it  and what they want to mean by it ? They are basically faggot ( Hijra ) that is why they don’t have guts to show full nude body in their ad’s which is printed / telecast for public. These ad’s don’t watch by their children’s at home of the CEO of any company ? What for they are printing such photos ? What their parents and schools taught them ???  These actors & actress are coping the western world by dress, car, house, parties and awards ceremonies but not coping  the western morality, ethics and professionalism. These actors and the business houses are the main culprits to ruin the social fabric of India. Until or unless large hue & cry started in the society regarding ad’s  no administrator or justice is taking step out of his / her morality against the media, actor & business houses when it is clearly said in the constitution what is called obsession.

To protect their business interest these media faggots always hide truths from the people. They got subsidy from the govt. for printing newspaper and this subsidy is paid by the public tax. They have time & place to print the birthday party of some so called stupid VIP’s or some half nude pictures in the news paper / magazine but have no place for a poor street guy story for help from the society. They are the bloody criminals on earth. 

5.         PARENT’S –  Male or Female who ever they are they come from a family. All the Bureaucrats, Politicians, Police, Actors and Media persons etc have father & mother. What these parents do when their children’s were kid and what they do when their children’s are sitting on a high position in the society ? These parents forgot their responsibility as soon as their children’s grow up ? They know how their children’s are earning money and they know what is happening in the house. These parents / family members intentionally forgot their duty towards nation & society because it is their child who is doing corruption in the country; it is their child’s who spreading nudism in the society is. Human have excuse after excuse in their habit. The citizens always said “ What we can do we are poor and they are powerful “ so on. My simple question is from where these people have brain how to ditch brother / sister / uncle to get the highest share from family property ? From where they have power to go to court if the share is little less ? From where they have brain how not to give payment to the bank or not to give tax ? From where they have brain how to take bribes ( Indian citizen gives bribes around 7000 Crores rupees to officers to get their things down ) ? From where they have brain to listen his wife and kick out old parents from home ? Only excuse is human habit.

There is a famous word “ Politicians are son of a bastard ” and they are all coming from our families. The police with guns go with ten people  to catch one culprit and then they got bravery award from the dept. when the fight was not based 1 vs 1 OR 10 vs 10 OR 100 vs 100 !!!  How they are brave ? The Army man took an oath to protect the nation from enemy but when his/her own general takes bribes then the army man forgot to shoot down the nation’s enemy who is his/her corrupt general !!! We called them brave soldiers those who forgot to protect the nation at the right time !!! 30,000 Crores rupees goes as a bribes to many different pockets from Indian arms account !!! Who’s money it is ???  The manpower and the gun power is the real brave who creates fear inside the culprit and then only police / army can catch the culprit. Lord Ram killed King Bali in the Ramayana from back and we called him “ Purusatyam Ram ” ( It means the pride of  manhood / bravery ). Actually all are faggots ( Hijra ) in the society that is why our society is such rotten.

The politicians, bureaucrats, police / army and gangsters knows that they have gun power which is carrying a dog and this gun power creates fear inside of a normal citizen of Indians and that is why these 4 types of people thinks that they are powerful. If the citizens have same gun power then these 4 categories ( politicians, bureaucrats, police / army and gangsters ) will start peeing on the spot. From the citizen’s side i would like to stand against these 4 categories to make them understand what is called citizen and what is self power and who is the boss. These 4 categories ( politicians, bureaucrats, police / army and gangsters ) are the main faggots ( Hijras ) of the nation in any country.

WHERE IS OUR MIND !!!

But we give medal in the name of bravery !!!   Where is our mind ?        

Keep in mind that you are the trusty of Lords money and the money which you have is not your money. A person goes to a Holy Place for Merit but 99% people don’t know what is actually called merit. The basic of merit is people should not offer to lord what the prophet left from His house that means worldly luxurious things. You can offer fruits to the Lord but not a “ Golden Ring ”. You can only offer the basic needs to a monk, which does not mean a Car or an Air Conditioner or a Mobile phone that is demerit if you give. When you are offering any thing to a monk at that time if any other monk from other religion stand beside you or pass away from that very place then you have to show the same kind of respect towards him too the way you respect to your traditional monk and then it will be consider as a  Merit but in practical life we never seen such act. Generally people don’t take back merit from Holy Place for their ignorance. You have to utilize your brain that who is needy. A beggar or a layman dose not mean that he / she is needy. Never give money to any one for any purpose, giving money creates corruption in the society and encouraging people to be lazy and it is demerit. Where is our mind ?         

As soon as you said that my Master is the Best OR my religion is the best OR my traditional monks are the best then you are the most ignorant person in this world which is a great demerit. Your truth is your truth and that truth is not the truth of almighty. So never try to insist others to believe on your truth otherwise it is a demerit. When you are in the foreign land then respect their culture and dress up yourself as they do and go to a Holy Place according to the local tradition and that will be called merit. Where is our mind ??

The Peoples are always talking about PEACE and for that many campaigns, conferences, seminars and prayers taking place in the world and also it is still continue till today. May be the organizers are Hindu or Buddhist or Islamic or any one. The question is where is peace then ??? All the great Monks from all religion are organizing world peace prayer & conference every year but the ultimate result of peace is = BIG ZERO !!! Does it not mean that all these great monks really don’t have any power ???  The hard truth is those people don’t know how to spend their money they are organizing all these peace prayer, conference….etc. More than 50 years of  formation of  United Nation 300 wars took place in the name of freedom and in the name of peace keeping. Where is our mind ??

In the past Lord Rama and Krishna was involved in the war when they were prophets. His Holiness Hazarat Bab from Bahai community also involved in war. Islamic prophets were also involved in war.  Buddhist countries were also involved in the war. Why they did not take path of peace !!!? Do they all foolish ? Do they don’t know that a war killed innocent people ?  Where is our mind ??

Peace cannot be achieved in outer world. The fundamental law is if there is no destruction then you cannot think of construction. Peace is within you. It is not out side. How to achieve it that must be the question and it must be asked by all of us. And for that you have to think what are the basic needs for a human to live a life and for that you need a place to sit and think. Where is our mind ? 

To achieve peace :-

1^st you have to surrender yourself to the will of almighty that means what ever is happening in this world that is the will of almighty and accept it gladly with out asking any question and then you can achieve “Peace”.

2^nd you need “Security”, so how to achieve it ?? You work in any field so that you can earn some money and that is security.

3^rd you need “Prestige”, so how to achieve it ?? You lived an honest life which will bring you prestige in the society.

4^th you need “Knowledge”, so how to achieve it ?? You read the Holy Books and practice the advice in your life. To teach is to learn. That is called knowledge.

5^th you need “ Marriage” but what type of girl ?? Choose a girl who believes in simplicity and also believe that the children’s are the property of “ Lord ” not mine.

When human being follows all these points then peace will reach to them and then we can think of world peace. The hard truth is all these points will never followed by everybody and peace will never be achieved in the society. Where is our mind ???

When a monk said this land is mine, this thing is mine, who lives in luxury is not a monk but today’s psycho blindness of devotees rich or poor ruined the monk’s community. Weak up devotees that is my plea.   Where is our mind ?

Look at the expenditures from audit report of Bodhgaya Temple Management Committee and asked you to find out the answer by yourself what must be the definition of Miscellaneous Expenditure to the auditor of BTMC !!! Because as per norms of Indian audit not more than rupees 5,000 as a Miscellaneous Expenditure so how the Bodhgaya temple management committee auditor can say miscellaneous expenditure to that huge money ?? Look at the Travelling allowance of BTMC members !!! When 4 members are local and one member do not take any thing ( District Magistrate, Secretary N. Dorje, Bhola Mishra, Arbind Singh and madam maheshweta ji do not take any thing from BTMC ) !!! Not only that two rooms are free in lumbini Guest House to stay for the members. Every 3 months they must have one meeting but hardly in one year 2-3 meetings  are taking place and not only that the members those who are from nagpur they do not attain meetings  so how the T.A Bill  is so big amout !!! Look at the hospitality expenditure, Establishment expenditure !!! How every year establishment expenditure !!! Look at motor Vehicle Expenditure !!! The DM of Gaya is using the BTMC donated car for Govt. duty so the question is who is paying the maintenance cost of the car ?? BTMC or Govt of Bihar ?? DM is not coming even once in a week at Temple to see the day to day work so why the BTMC must bear the maintenance cost of the car ??  There are many such thing is in the audit report and I am giving only few data to understand that how much this organization is corrupt.

The question is what the Buddhist Members are doing in the committee in the past as well as now ? Why they don’t resign from the committee when they saw corruption of Kalicharan Singh Yadav & Bhante Bodhipal and at present member by Arbind Singh, Kumud Verma, Bhola Mishra ? How many letters they wrote to the Government about it ? Why the Buddhist members are not telling to the Bodhgaya Monasteries ( IBC ) as well as Minority Commission of India about the corruption in the Bodhgaya Temple Management Committee of the past and present ? The Present Member Secretary Mr. N. Dorje was member of the past committee and he is now the present secretary. In the past he was there and corruption was there and now he is secretary and corruption is happening !!!  If any pressure from Hindu Members then why he did not speak to Chief Minister ?? How many protest rally International Buddhist Council organized against the Temple Management Committee for cheating the temple fund by the hindu members ? Why they did not filed FIR against the Temple Management Committee ??  If no protest rally organized by them then why not and for which authority they are calling themselves as a Buddhist when they can not protect The Lord Buddhu’s money !!! ? And now why they are asking control over the Mahabodhi Temple when they can not stand for their own father The Lord Buddha ? Where is all the yearly puja organizers now and then ???  The Buddhist members are also corrupt as well as the Hindu members. So why not the Mahabodhi Temple must be controlled by the central govt. the way Puri Jagannath Temple managed by an IAS officer ?? Every one is cheating Lord Buddha spiritually and materially !!! When Bodhi Tree was cut off and proved by me at 2007 then all are quite !! Now the top umbrella changed into Thai Tradition and all are quite !! Inside of the temple changed into Thai Tradition in cluding the eyes of Lord buddha and all are quite !! I filed FIR against the Temple Management and all the Buddhist are quite !!! Now showing the horrible truth from audit report and all are quite !!! So what is the character of the Buddhist !!!??? The IBC go for strick when govt. ask for commercial tax from all temples of Bodhgaya  and at that time from where they are getting power to go against the govt. !!! ??

Idol is out and new one put it the open place of the stupa and then why paint it ? By whose permission ? Why in stupas all the idols are painted in the Temple ? It is a heritage and the heritage must be in original look.

Sub:- Enquiry report of the matter under reference.

Sir, I have personally enquired on 5.11.2007 and probed about the correctness of the complaint under reference and found the truth as follows :-

1.   It is true that the Bodhgaya Temple Management Committee ( B.T.M.C ) is entrusted with the management and control of Bodhgaya Main Temple, Temple land and the properties appertaining thereto under the Bodhgya Temple Act and as such B.T.M.C has absolute control over the same and no one can do any thing the same without knowledge and permission of B.T.M.C

2.   The persons arrayed as accused in the complaint case under reference are the members and authorities of B.T.M.C

3.   The Great Holy Pipal Tree is of immense archaeological, religious, national, international and social importance and among others the same has also been declared as “ World Heritage ” by the “ UNESCO”. Hence, the great Pipal tree is public property.

4.   On enquiry it transpired to me by the witnesses viz. Deepak Malaker and Ajay Paswan that on 10. 07. 2007 the accused no. 3 Bhante BodhiPal, ordered Sri Deepak Malaker, working as employee of B.T.M.C at that time, to cut down some cardinal parts of the great Pipal tree and in obedience of the dictation of his master the said Sri Deepak Malaker cut down the same in presence of the accused no. 4 Sri Bhajju Yadav. After getting cut down some substantial parts of the great Pipal tree, the said accused Bhante Bodhipal ordered the said Sri Deepak Malaker to carry the same to his house i.e B.T.M.C compound area and accordingly Sri Deepak Malaker carried the cut down piece of the great Pipal Tree to the house i.e B.T.M.C compound area of the said accused Bhante BodhiPal.

5.   I have seen the Cut Off portion of the great Pipal Tree personally and it appeared to me that the cuttings are about 2 years old from now. The “ Forest Research Institute ” of Dehradun also conformed about the cutting down the Holy Pipal Tree.

6.   However, the main control over the “Temple’s ” properties and the great Pipal Tree has been of the accused no. 2 to 4 as they have / had direct links with the day to day affairs of the same. The accused no. 1, being merely an Ex – Officio Chairman of B.T.M.C is honoured with only ornamental post to whom no direct liability should be charged.

7.   At the time of enquiry I also found that the great Pipal Tree leaves collected by their special staff at the time of spring and then sold it to the special friends by the culprits through their high voltage technique. Not only that there are lot of monetary scandal done by the accused no. 2 and 3 which must be checked by the special audit and judicial enquiry may be conducted to know  the nefarious activities going on in the Temple area and B.T.M.C.

8.   Hence, in conclusion, I myself find that the accused no.2 Dr. kalicharan Yadav, 3. Bhante BodhiPal, 4. Bhajju Yadav ( P.R.O ) are involved in some nefarious activities like cutting the branches of the great Pipal Tree, not maintaining any log book which is mandatory to touch the great Pipal Tree. There are no accounts for the leaves they take out from the Tree or are collected. Cutting of branches of the great Pipal Tree have been done casually which even a common man would have not been down it. These people exploiting the “ Temple Area ” and the properties of the B.T.M.C to gain their personal advantages which is related to monetary affairs and a high powered team of expert must investigate the personal wealth of accused no. 2 to 4. Therefore the complaint case under reference is true and correct against no. 2 to 4 and hence accordingly apt and suitable legal action should be taken against all of them.

Having heard Mrs. Rina Sinha, for the petitioner, Mr. Sarvdeo Singh, for the Union of India and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the opinion that the petitioner shall be well advised to raise his grievance before the State Government.

Needless to state that in case such a grievance is raised the State Government shall consider the same in accordance with law.

However, we make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion in regard to the claim made by the petitioner.

Application stands dismissed with the observation aforesaid.

Abstract

“……. In a world of growing state and gang violence with western militarism ( lead by an egotistical, paranoid and short sighted leader of the USA ) against a ” war on terror ” which can not be won ( and only produces suffering  for millions of innocent non-combatants ), wisdom, compassion and peaceful diplomacy is the only rational and practical way to save future generations of this world.

A young Indian aesthetic started the peaceful inner revolution of the human mind, ( which is a counter  force to militarism and violence ) 2500 years ago when he became enlightened under  a simple  Bodhi Tree. The teaching of the Buddha are very applicable today and the Bodhi Tree is  ” THE  PEACE  SYMBOL ” of out changing world,  for now  and the future. Since Indian civilization is renound for philosophy, religious  and cultural diversity,  and is aloe the largest demarcation nation in Asia, India now has the moral obligation to be the custodian of the tree for all people of the world.

Now in our age of globalisation, the Buddhist philosophy of interdependence and the doctrine of emptiness are even more  visible  and applicable. Understanding this ancient Indian philosophy is not only gaining popularity but is being accepted by the greatest of political, scientific mind of our time. With His Holiness the Dalai Lama, a Nobel Peace  Prize Laurent and refugee who is eternally grateful to India, as a world representative for Indian Buddhist Philosophy and proponent of Mahatma Gandhi’s peaceful  politics and means, India has such a fantastic opportunity to become a strong voice in the world stage of peacemaking . And the symbol for world peace is the Bodhi Tree. Saving the tree is a statement that says peace is not only possible but absolutely necessary in a fast changing and desirous world. Save the symbol of Ancient Indian Philosophy that can help the world find answers on the path to peace. ….. ”

FIRST SCIENTIST REPORT OF HOLY BODHI TREE

Observations on The Bodhivrikhsa ( Ficus Religiosa ) at Bodhgaya

As requested by the District Magistrate, Gaya a team from Forest Research Institute, Dehradun comprising following scientists visited the Bodhgaya Temple on 28^th June 2007 :

1.            Dr. N.S.K. Harsh, Tree Pathologist

2.            Dr. Subhash Nautiyal, Tree Physiolgist

3.            Shir Ram Lal, Wood Scientist

Observations

The revered tree Bodhivrikhsa ( Ficus religiousa ), the papal tree was closely examined and inspected by the team and following observations are made.

1.   The tree is growing normally but major growth is towards one side only while on the other side is temple structure. The branches were spreading towards one side away from the temple.

2.   Just at the base of the tree is the seat of enlightenment ( Bajresan ) on one side towards  the temple.

3.   Around the base of the tree the soil was open, upto 3meters in rectangular shape.

4.   There were dead and dying branches present on the tree. Few branches stubs and wounds of previous cuts were also observed.

5.   The main tree is surrounded by a small-cemented wall and metallic grill.

6.   The small cemented wall surrounding the tree has now been pierced by the roots and has cracked.

7.   Some of the new roots and bark at the base were dying. Some of the roots were exposed on the moil surface.

8.   The stem, bark and exposed wounds were painted with Bordeaux ( copper sulphate, lime and water ) paste as told by Dr. A.K. Singh, Scientist from Rajendra Agriculture University, Patna.

9.   The branches were supported by iron pillars used as props.

10.  Two open surfaces were being used for providing irrigation to the tree outside the main structure. At present they appeared to be having excess water.

11.  Mealy bug attack was also observed on one of the twigs. It was told that there is regular attack of mealy bugs on this and other papal trees in the campus

12.  One dead and decaying branch stub was present near the base ( above 1.5 meters approx. ) on the southwest side, which on tapping gave a hollow sound towards the basal end of the branch suggesting progress of heart rot disease  ( hollowness ). Isolation were made from the decaying part of the stub for associated fungi and other micro-organisms.

13.  Test for hollowness was also conducted all around the main stem by tapping for sound echoes, which reveled absence of heart rot in the trunk at present.

14.  The cut portion of the branch, which has given rise to the present controversy, was closely inspected. The cut branch is nearly 20feet above the ground. On examination the cut end revealed following features :-

a.   Radial as well as longitudinal cracks on the cut surface.

b.   Absence of bark up to 3 feet from the top towards the trunk

c.   Bleached of advance decay of white fibrous rot type.

d.   Bordeaux paste was also applied on the cut end earlier as informed by Dr. A.K. Singh.

e.   The coppice shoots have come out from the lower end where bark was present.

15.  Two other trees of pipal, which were nearby to the Bodhivriksha were also examined. Both the tree showing good vigorous healthy growth, even better then Bodhivriksha. It was informed that during May this year there was premature leaf full of new leaves on the Bodhivriksha, which may be due to some acute physiological stresses affecting the tree. The papal tree on the left of the Bodhivriksha has entrapped the broken cemented wall structure made earlier for boundary by the growing roots of the tree. The tree on the right of the Bodhivriksha was seen wrapped with a yellow cloth around its trunk, which when removed showed termite and fungal attack on the bark of the tree.

16.  The metallic props created for the support of the branches were noticed causing injury to the bark and tissue, which can be seen as dropping of latex on the props.

17.  There was lighting arrangement of the Bodhivriksha in the night. The intensity of the light and heat generated to the nearby branches by the lamp shades, reflectors and bulbs installed may be causing damage to the tree.

18.  No other vegetation was noticed growing below the Bodhivriksha tree.

19.  The moisture content was observed on various parts of the tree for examination of the status of stress. The data is being analyzed.

20.  The samples of wood, bark, leaves and soil were collected for laboratory studies

Inferences drawn about Bodhivriksha

It can be suggested that the Bodhivriksha has recently undergone some form of stress, which was being reflected by the some what scanty and light green leaves in the canopy and damaged roots and bark, as compared to the other two pipal trees growing nearby. The possible reasons for the stress could be :

a.   The light green colour of the leaves may be due to their being new flush and as the leaves are tender.

b.   Copper toxicity due to repeated application of Bordeaux paste on the stem and branches as informed.

c.   Excess moisture in the soil causing asphyxiation ( suffocation ) of the roots as observed in the near by – irrigated areas.

d.   Heat injury due to reflection of solar radiation from the temple structure, which is quite close to the tree.

e.   High intensity electric lights causing hindrance to the respiration process in the night.

f.   The soil was devoid of any other vegetation suggesting an unfavorable environment for the growth of plants, may be due to some heavy metal toxicity.

g.   Soil compaction due to trampling under human feet.

h.   It appears that aging of the tree is slowing down the physiological processes.

Inferences drawn about the cut branch under reference

The stump of the branch was carefully and erratically examined visually and it appears that the cut is more than three years old. The basis of this prediction is explained below.

1.   When a cut or wound is made on a live tree, the sap comes out which is rich in carbohydrates; the sap turns brownish due to the exposure to light and oxygen imparting darker colour to the exposed surface.

2.   The exposed wound is colonized by micro-organisms like bacteria and yeasts.

3.   The exposed surface develop callus and new shoots emerge below the cut.

4.   Weathering of the exposed surface takes place over the time giving bleached appearance to the exposed surface.

5.   Decay fungi set in causing rotting of wood on the dead surface, which may extend to the heartwood establishing heart rot, which gradually create hollowness. The fruiting bodies of the decay fungi then appear on the exposed surface.

6.   The whole processes may take time well over one year but in drier localities with higher temperature this period may be even more than that.

7.   The branch under reference exhibited bleached appearance and decay suggesting it was exposed ( cut ) more than three years ago.

8.   The absence of callus formation, debarking, absence of fruiting bodies of fungi and presence of radial and longitudinal cracks can be attribute to the heat generated by an electric lamp ( top being metallic ) present just below the cut branch which was lighted in the nights. The heat generated gradually causing seasoning ( drying ) of wood revealed as radial and longitudinal cracks on the exposed surface and splitting and falling of bark. The lamp post was moved after March 2006. Moreover, the treatment with Bordeaux paste had also attributed to the debarking, absence of callus and fungal fruiting bodies.

9.   These observations were also corroborated by the photographs provided by the committee, showing date as November 2004 and March 2006 in banners present in the photographs. The cut branch is visible well above the lamppost in these photographs thus confirming the inferences drawn by our study.

10.   The Institute does not have any methodology to precisely determine and predict the time and period of cutting of a tree or its branch, therefore, the predictions made in the present study are suggestive. 

Immediate Steps to be taken for restoration of health for the Bodhivirksha

The declining health of the Bodhivriksha can be restore by adopting following measure :-

1.   The application of Bordeaux paste should be immediately stopped

2.   Excess water in the areas meant for irrigating the tree should be regulated.

3.   The cemented wall near the base should be removed. Care should be taken not to damage the roots underneath it.

4.   The exposed roots should be covered with soil.

5.   Dead branches to be pruned carefully. Small branches may be flush cut initially, but the weight of the branch should be supported until it is completely severed to avoid tearing of the bark below the wound.

6.   The exposed wounds and cut ends should be given dressing with 1 % Bayleton ( Tridemefon ) in linseed oil with a paintbrush to cheek the infection and spread by decay fungi.

7.   Any operation being done for the care and maintenance of the tree should be displayed at a proper place to inform people and for transparency to avoid any controversy.

8.   Between the props and branches thick packing of polyurethane foam should be inserted for cushioning and avoid injury the bark and tissues.

9.   For the management of infestation by mealy bug, spray with 0.02 % Dimethoate should be done on the affected branches with few drops of liquid soap ( shampoo ) as sticker. As the females of the insect crawl from ground on the stern, sticky bands about one meter above ground would cheek their climbing up.

10.  The people should be stopped from going near the tree to avoid soil compaction by trampling.

11.  The metal halide lamps and other lights, which are closed to the tree should be removed. If light of the tree is necessary, it should be done from a distance with low intensity bulbs, preferably focusing from ground fixtures.

12.  The entrapped cement wall piece by the roots of other pipal tree should be carefully removed without damaging the roots.

13.  Wrapping of trees with cloths should be avoided.

14.  Burning of oil lamps and incense sticks should not be allowed to avoid injury to the roots and stem of the trees.

15.  The wooden support and frame around one of the bells ( 2550 kg ) has started showing weathering and decay and needs preservative treatment to be provided by FRI, Dehradun.

Future Course of Action

A memorandum of understanding would be drawn out between the Bodhgaya Temple Management Committee, Bodhgaya and Forest Research Institute, Dehradun for future management and upkeep of the Bodhivriksha in particular and other trees in the campus in general, besides beautification of the campus with suitable plant species. A suitable consultancy project would be developed by Forest Research Institute, Dehradun for this purpose.

SCANDAL GNAWS AT BUDDHA’S HOLY TREE IN INDIA

Its central stupa rising 187 feet above the ground where Siddhartha Gautama is said to have become the “Awakened One,” the temple is thought to have been built 1,500 years ago and was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2002. Inside, in front of a giant golden statue of Buddha, pilgrims from Japan, Sri Lanka, China, Thailand and the West kneel and chant. Outside, others collect fallen leaves from the giant tree and others growing in the temple courtyard.

Clad in white robes, the barefoot and bearded Brahmachari excitedly points out the spot where the branch was chopped off, as well as empty niches around the temple grounds where he says statuettes of Buddha stood until recently.

“They sent the branch to Thailand, and sold it for 6 crore (60 million) rupees ($1.5 million),” he said, adding he had been beaten up twice and had received several death threats since starting his campaign.

The government, he said, was simply not interested. “Nobody is listening. I am fed up of writing letters.” But he is not alone in his anger, joined by Buddhist priests running many of the other temples and monasteries which have sprung up in Bodh Gaya.

Although its accounts are audited, the priests complain the temple does nothing to support local schools and hospitals, despite having a substantial income. “Money is coming in, but where the money is going nobody knows,” said Bhante Pragyadeep, treasurer of the Buddhist Monks Association of India.

District magistrate Jitendra Srivastava has been running the temple committee since the scandal surfaced and the last committee’s term expired. “All secretaries have been embroiled in controversy,” he said. “It is very unfortunate.” Significant amounts of money had been spent “beautifying the temple and giving it world-class facilities,” he said, and no allegations of corruption had surfaced since he took over.

While the charge of cutting a branch was now sub judice, allegations of deeper wrongdoing had not been substantiated. “A lot of people say this but I have no credible evidence. It remains to be seen if these people have taken this money.” Meanwhile, many Buddhist priests say they, and not Hindus, should be running one of the holiest sites in their religion.

But magistrate Srivastava said that would be no guarantee of honesty in the future. “A thief can be a Hindu or a Buddhist,” he said. “A thief is a thief, he has no religion.”

Dear Sir,

1.                  The entire monastery in Bodhgaya is under the trust act or society registration act and few are directly invited from Govt. of India which is under special act. I am writing you with my inquiry that what actually all these monasteries are doing in Bodhgaya. As Buddha advised “ Monk’s should not go to any crowdy place ”. Then what these monks are doing in bodhgaya ?? And if they are here then what they are doing ??

2.                  The duty of a monk is meditation and after it, serves the local community, you can say karmo yaga. This is universal law for any monk may be they are from any community. Now the question is why bodhgaya is dirty and give a look around all the temple of bodhgaya may be they are any one. For example back side of Royal Thai Temple, infront of Japanese temple. Not only that even these monasteries can’t even put a dustbin infront of their temple or build a dumping dustbin outside or around their temple !!!  Then what the monks are doing in Bodhgaya ??

3.                  In the budget all these trust allocated money for health and hygiene. And some of the temple running dispensary !!! When the out side of temple is dirty and from where the disease coming up to public then where is the logic of running dispensary ?? Is it not a big drama in the name of charity ??

4.                  All says that it is the duty of Nagar Panchyat may be who ever it is. My dear friends as per Indian law nagar panchayat in India don’t have the duty to clean drain or swipe the road. Under no law it is said that they have to do it. The duty of people is to dump their garbage at the made dumping station which build by the Govt. and the nagar panchayat will pick up the garbage from there.

5.                  To made one unit of electricity it cost around 7 rupees and then tell me what the public paid to the Govt. ?? Who will fill the rest of the money to the govt. treasury ?? For example the govt paid 12000, per year for a child for his / her education weather your child study in govt. school or not that does not matter but it is expenditure for a child from govt. Now the question is do we pay 12,000 rupees tax every year to govt. ?? who will fill the govt. treasury ?? Dear friends we have very bad habit to put things on others solder. Dear friends can’t all the monks every week just for two hours clean the local area ?? What kind of love for mother earth all the monks is having ??

6.                  Who is honestly giving audit report to the govt. ?? Please tell on monastery in Bodhgaya ?? Cheating is the habit of Bodhgaya monks and then they go for protest rally, peace rally, sitting in seminars for ism ..etc. And if I say the truth then Swami Ji is working against the Buddhist. Please go and ask the DM, CM, Chief Secretary, Home Secretary, WHS ( Paris ), ASI ( Delhi ), Supreme court ….. so on what I am doing for the Buddhist. Once your one monk from IBC said “ If IBC write one letter then you will go out from Bodhgaya ”. I give reply through Govt. by using bulldozer on monasteries. How many temple is under illegal land capture case with Nagar Panchayat and how many got notice ?? Can you people do it in Europe ?? You all must be lucky that people here are very innocent and many things they don’t mind. How your temples are telling Indian are not allowed ?? Dear friend I am not your enemy but I know how to protect my people.

7.                  Last few years I am telling you all to take action against the fake monks of Bodhgaya but why you are all sleeping ?? You are using these monks as a toy against the govt. to come at the time of protest rally. You all keep alive all India Bhikku Sangh to manage these people for different rally in bodhgaya and Bhante Praga deep  is the main culprit to keep all these fake monks. You people give him some donation from this way and that way so that his stomach can run.

I do hope that you all must come forward to serve the community by cleaning it regular way. Bodhgaya is ours so let us work hard to make it pure and beautiful.

He can not see the dirt around hisTemplefrom the window or when he go to terrace at evening time ( 31 feet minimum height from ground level ). And then he is preaching the whole world about environment !!! Then you see another example Dixey ( The light of Buddhadhamma Foundation fromBerkeley,USA) who gave dustbin to Nagar Panchayat to put infront of Hotels !!!!!!!!!!! What a brain don’t you think ??? And when the BTMC said to her that her project renovation inside the temple must be run by the ASI then she thought that Indian Officer may eat all the money so she back footed. She has brain to brought 1 million rupees flower to decorate for her Tripitaka Chanting pandal.  Then you see the photo 6 which is a news paper cut off and it was published at the time Buddho Purnima when all Maharastrian devotees come to Bodhgaya. A mother is a mother but as per you the temple owner which is just a hotel forgot that mother is a mother. You all can not open your temple for stay for these poor mother and sisters !!!! And great brain Dixey call you all for Tripitaka Chanting !!!! See the photo no 7 which is the evidence that puja organizers blackmail the BTMC. Dixey sit hours in the office of DM Sanjoy Singh to make him understood that monks want to sit under the tree. This tripitaka Chanting can cure Bodhi Tree ?? Why she is not sitting hours in the office that BTMC not taking care of Bodhi Tree ( a ) 5 years passed away and BTMC not taking out the white marbles ( b ) Soil compaction taking place in the open place, no water is giving by the BTMC as scientist said, High power lights are harming the tree. She has brain to collect money in the name of Mahabodhi Temple repair and she has brain not to publish in the web site how much money collected in this matter ( Search from her web page ).

See how you all Temple Owners giving false bills to every devotees and in the bills every temple of Bodhgaya wrote “ Donation ”. How a donation can be room rent. How you are charging 50 to 1000 rupees per day to devotees ?? Donation come from heart not charge and then you are telling that you give free rooms to devotees !!! Dixey is calling all these liars in her Tripitaka chanting !!! what a brain she is having !!! What a joke … PUJA under the Holy Tree is a good business.

What a joke of the century that they are talking about Lord Buddha’s teachings those who don’t know what Lord Buddha said. I am arup bramhachari known as swami ji a Hindu Monk in Bodhgaya and in govt. offices. I was reading the report of Dr.H.T.Sangliana’s report about Bodhgaya. I have few questions to the vice chairman as well as all the members of the committee.

Q.1. When the Holy Bodhi Tree was cut off then what 350 million Buddhist of the world was doing along with 51 monasteries of Bodhgaya ?? If some one cut off your’s father hand dear members then what you will do ?? Single headedly I proved that the Bodhi Tree was cut off then who the hell give these people permission to call themselves that they are Buddhist when they can’t stand for their own father ?? And from where they get power to go against the govt when electricity was cut off when they did not pay the bill ?? … please answer it

Q.2. Why the government must give them special rate when these monasteries are running like a hotel look at the attached photos and the web link >> http://www.telegraphindia.com/1060927/asp/jamshedpur/story_6798628.asp  as a sample copy ?? When they published their audit report in the local news paper or put is in their web site or give freely to public or news papers ?? … please answer it.

Q.3. From morning to till night and even in dream they are talking about honesty, compassion, love, harmony then why there is land scandal in Bodhgaya by Buddhist monastery even by His Holiness Tergar Temple. What are the social work they are doing ?? How many engineers and doctor they produce ?? What is the standard of their schools which they are running in bodhgaya ?? …. Please answer it.

Q.4. Bhante Priyopal whose all points mention in the tour report >>  Shri Priya Pal Bhikkhu  from Tripura  who represented the Chakma temple of  Bodhgaya spoke on behalf of all the Buddhist delegates and made the following points which were reinforced by the others: “…… They said that they were not charging the devotees anything for the use of the facilities at the monasteries.” Dear sir and madam please asked the central intelligence to send you a special report on Buddhist  activity in Bodhgaya. And now see this khata plot number and asked to BDO of Bodhgaya to report you. Bhante Priyopal sold ( Page No. 148, Khata No.2, plot No. 2282, 52/21 ) to Chakma Buddhist Foundation in the year 200-05 when he is the president of Chakma Buddhist Foundation !!! This so called monk will go into jail under section 420. .. Please answer it.

Q.5. How the thai’s are calling us “ Chi ”  means bastard .. don’t raised eyebrows it is happening since the Thai came toIndia. They call us Chi may be you are xyz and we gave prove to BTMC secretary Mr. Dorjee ji how these thai’s inside the Mahabodhi Temple called Indians “ Chi ”. Please learn a bit thai and then go to Thailand you will see the real hard truth. And my countries Officers are so shameless that they go to attain their invitations. .. please answer it.

Q.6. Who are the people buying wine at night from Bhagalpur More wine shop ?? Who are the student at Magadh University playing cards with money infront of their hostel ?? Who are the monks using beauty parlour prostitute  infront of Royal Thai temple ?? Please ask the International Buddhist Council about it . … please answer it.

Q.7. Why they don’t allow Indians inside the residence area of theTemple?? Dear sir/madam the Ex. BDO Sashi Shakhar not allowed by Vietnam Temple. Come and I will show you china temple.TaiwanTemple.. so on. How they say Indians are not allowed ?? … please answer it

Q.8. Why they do not keep Indian Buddhist Monks at their temple ?? Why they do not open for the pore Buddhist at the time of Buddo Jayanti ?? All the mothers and sisters do their all activity in the open air ?? What the hell these 51 temple ( small / big ) are doing in bodhgaya ( Except Nygma Temple ) ?? … please answer it.

How many letters I have written to you dear members of minority commission ?? My granny used to call Red light and Yellow light users as “ Kala Angrez” ( Black English man ) and she always said “ My nation ruined by these people ”.

For example — Our planning commission members said around 3 rupees is enough for a person for a day !!! Now tell me can you get half Tea with that money ?? What is the educational qualification of the members of planning commission ?? Same way see our then Krishna Menon who advice Pandit Nehru to sayTibetis part ofChinaand the whole concept of foreign policy ofIndiachanged !!! Now you see Buddhist example – There is a lady called Dixey ( The daughter of great Buddhist Master Tatan Tulku ( gellek family ) but never dare to face me with issues ) and now she is buying dustbin to put it infront of all hotels of Bodhgaya through nagar panchayat of bodhgaya !!! She organized yearly Tripitaka Chanting under the Holy Bodhi Tree who brought flowers fromThailandwhich cost 1 million rupees for puja purpose !!! She don’t have brain to say BTMC why the marbles are not taking out by you when last 5 years the expert committee said !!! But she has time and money to go to DM Sanjoy Singh’s office and wait hours to meet him to take out the barricade from the open place. You think dear members what kind of brain we have in this world and they are running the show !!! BLACK  OR WHITE all are cheating Bodhgaya spiritually and materially.

The International Buddhist Council secretary have time to go to beauty parlour for ayurvedic massage but he has no time to see why there is huge garbage at the back side of Royal Thai temple which is on the way of his monastery !!! But these people have brain how to call all the fake monks to join at their rally ( see attached photos ) against the government as well as telling lies to the vice chairman of minority commission that they gave free stay to the devotees !!! Asked these people what they will do if I prove that Dr. lam the famous vietnam master have wife and daughter in Paris ?? Asked them if I prove that Chota Bhante the owner of Wat Thai of Bodhgaya is a rapist and his wat pa is the hub of sexual activity ?? It is an open written challenge to the Buddhist World where you are the justice and asked IBC to accept it. More fun is dear members that this lady Dixey invite all such type of monks at yearly Tripitake Chanting !!! A drop of leman spoils the whole milk – cause and effect. People gave donation with trust that their money must be used with honesty but who cares ?? Buddhist practice is based on lies but Buddha is based on truth.

Dear member of minority commission if you like to think that I the Arup Bramhachari is against of Buddhist then you are free to think and I will do my way to save Buddha I don’t need any one because “ Deaf and Dump ” is the base of Indian Administration. …. Jaiiiiiiiiiiii Hindddddddddd.

Dear members of minority commission,

To-day is the last letter to you because you are same like our parliament members, bureaucrats, BTMC, International Buddhist Council, Karma Pa Administration and Dixey ( International brother wood ). Thanks to lord that he gave you brain to hide from the truth. What ever I say you all you will run away like the way bureaucrats of Gaya, BTMC, International Buddhist Council, Karma Pa Administration and Dixey, all are “ Deaf and Dump ” because if any one look into the issues then they will loose bread and butter and who want to loose their bread and butter ??? Dr. K.P Ramaiya that is why said wait Swami till I became Home Secretary of Bihar because what Amanulla Ji said at that time 2009 that I can not disclose here. All must be thankful to lord that I am not in the administration.

I will be busy withKarmaPain the court OF Gaya within few days.

My humble request to all the member of minority commission is my country is already ruined so please don’t ruined it more by minority or majority. We are all Indian that must be the word. You accept the offer of Govt. of India to sit in the chair of the committee means you are not Indian but a member of minority which is just a hunger of power and to show status which only focus on division in the India Society. Dear Respected Sir / Madam,

With due respect, I would like to bring under your notice about the condition of Holy Mahabodhi Temple issue of Bodhgaya, Bihar, India. It is a great honour for Gaya,Bihar to have a World Heritage Site in the district. But simply declaring a world heritage site is not enough for UNESCO but also taking care off it must be one of the responsibilities. If you say that it is a country affair and we can’t do any thing then my question is what is the use of declaring as world heritage site ?? it is just like when any thing happened then our Indian authority simply said “ State matter or Central Matter ”.

Dear respected sir/ madam last more than one year I am taking up the holy mahabodhi temple issue and holy bodhi tree issue with you. To protect it we need will power within self but our Indian management is same like others. Here the cultured people are so cultured that every moment they are telling lies and lies. Therefore I would like to know what is the solution ??  If you point out with the Indian authority then they are going to say “ Yes .. yes we will look into this matter immediately ” and after that it is same as it was before. So what is the solution ?? I took them into Hon’ble Patna High Court and then hon’ble acting chief justice is telling “ … show all the evidence to district magistrate” so now think when he don’t act on it then I am in the hon’ble court so why should I show it to District Magistrate ?? Dear sir that is the kind of game played by our authority. So what do you expect fromBihar??

Dear respected sir/madam now I would like to ask you few things No. 1 when your 3 member team visited Bodhgaya then do they meet me or asked me to come to meet them when I am taking up the issue with you ?? No. 2 Do your team member asked the temple management committee that why even after 5 years which was the advice from scientist that till now the white marbles are not taken up so that the holy tree could breath well ?? Not only that the director of archaeological survey of India madam ji shout on this issue and asked questions that who gave permission to put white marbles ?? And see even after 2 years it is there so what your team member really did by the tour of Bodhgaya ?? No. 3 Do your team member point out why the huge lights are so close & direct towards an old Holy Mahabodhi Tree ?? How at night time the lights are on till 9 PM or whole night when the trees are sleeping ??  Such a powerful lights not harming the health of the tree ?? Do not electro magnetic field is harming the small plants when lights are on plants ?? No. 4 Do your team members look at the condition of the Holy Mahabodhi Tree ?? If so then tell me do they point out that early morning sun light is harmful for the Holy Tree when it is too old ( for any tree early morning sun light is harmful because night time heat when come with day time heat that particular time creates different energy which harms the plant ). What are the steps the temple management committee of Bodhgaya is taking about it ?? No. 5 Do they look at the stupa’s and asked where is the idols from inside and who gave permission to paint it ?? No. 6 Do your team member pointed out that how the management is managing 2 open place from soil compaction infront of Holy Mahabodhi Tree ?? This soil compaction taking place when the devotees walks on it or sit for puja and it must be stop and for that where is the arrangement !!! No. 7 How people are taking shoes inside aHolyTemplewhen you have put a 100 rupees fine board then do you fine any one ?? It is aHinduTempletoo. Look at anyHolyTemplearound the world ( Hindu, Muslim, Jain, Sikh .. etc ) that do they allow shoes inside a Holy Temple area (Mecca have more bigger area than Mahabodhi Temple)?? No. 8 Do your team asked the temple management that the barks and the black spots of the tree is telling that the tree is sick so how your Indian scientist is telling that the tree is in well condition ?? No. 9 How after repair of Holy Mahabodhi Temple the cracks are coming up if the archaeological survey of India is really used good materials for repair works and also what they are doing when one side of the temple is going down and where is the supervisor from archaeological survey of India ?? No. 10 How much open area must be given for an old Holy Tree and what is your scientist said about it ?? As per plant science theory a tree needs 1/3 area of the whole spreading area of the branches of the tree and the present open place of Holy tree is not enough so what are the steps you are taking ?? No. 11 When your Indian scientist said to take out railings then how this golden colour railing is there ?? Does it not creating heat which harms the old Holy Mahabodhi Tree ??  and tell us how far a person must stand from the Holy Tree  when your Indian scientist is telling no one should come near the tree ??

Dear respected sir/madam where is your scientist team from France as you said to me last year ?? The Indian scientists are telling lies after lies and not answering the question asked by me and even after RTI they are not giving information. I have 5 foreign scientist statements who gave their opinion after seeing 100’s photos of the Holy Mahabodhi Tree said that the tree is sick and at the same time Indian scientists are telling that the tree is in well condition. Sorry to say that your 3 members team did not come forHolyMahabodhiTemplebut to reply the political issues regarding it. Just imagine even after 5 years they can not take out white marbles !!! Even when the director of archaeological survey ofIndiasaid take out all the marbles with immediate effect and even after two years passed away not a single marbles taken out. Therefore who is responsible for damaging the heritage site ?? Where is accountability by the UNESCO as well as BTMC ?? Who is going to talk with Home Secretary of India ( These IAS only fears the home secretary & no one else ) ?? What ever above 11 points I gave you that your 3 member’s team did not asked the Bodhgaya Temple Management Committee. Sir/ Madam do you think that all the above points mentions in the report of 3 member team ??

I do hope that you will come with positive action without wasting time. Enough damage done till now with the Holy Bodhi Tree and with the temple

Dear Sir / Madam,

As I am writing to you last more than one year regarding the condition of our Heritage The Holy Mahabodhi Tree and The temple. I wrote to you on dated 31, 01, 2012, 02-02- 2012, 03-02-2012, 04-12-2012, 07-02-2012 but till today no reply from your office as well as since one year. Even when your 3 member’s team visited at bodhgaya then no invitation was given to us so that we can open the face of the management.

Here is the rules >>  The Committee is responsible for the implementation of the World Heritage Convention, defines the use of the World Heritage Fund and allocates financial assistance upon requests from States Parties. It has the final say on whether a property is inscribed on the World Heritage List. The Committee can also defer its decision and request further information on properties from the States Parties. It examines reports on the state of conservation of inscribed properties and asks States Parties to take action when properties are not being properly managed. It also decides on the inscription or deletion of properties on the List of World Heritage in Danger.

Therefore I would like to know that the State Bihar is taking care of the temple ?? What more evidence you want ?? Please send a scientist team so that we can save our heritage. I am giving copy of this mail to the following persons of World Heritage Site.

Dear Chairman Shahiba Jee,

It is a great shame for Bihar thatMahabodhiTempleis not a National Monument. Last 3 years I am taking up that issue with BTMC even by RTI but your great BTMC not answering it. Look at the file dear madam jee. What a joke of the century that a World Heritage Site isnotNational Monument( Mera Desh Mahan ). It is possible only isBihar. The cause behind is political which is to give accommodation to 3 political members who have no base in the public life but working of the party for long time and for that reason they have to accommodate in some places and BTMC is the right place for such baseless party workers. What a joke dear madam jee when a member’s duty is only to come at the time of meeting and they have no power what so ever as per 1949 BTMC act. To-days political members are acting such a manner that they are in some high position.

TheBodhgayaTempleis the place of corruption since last 60 years except few years when Gayan Jagat gee was here and the great honest man from district administration was secretary of BTMC. You can see his photo at BTMC office. These corrupt members will never allowed the temple to be national monument because if they do then these members have no place to sit and earn under table the way your great kalicharan Singh Yadav and Arbind Singh is playing now in the temple. Look at the report of State intelligence, Central Intelligence report, SI Jamil Akhtar report about the Organizing Puja at 2008. Dear Madan Jee if you have a drop of honesty in your life book then investigate about it or called up DM Sanjoy Singh.

Dear Madam ji Jhasi ki Rani Bano that is why lord chosen you as an IAS but do you think you are doing your job ?? Running away from the truth is very easy but facing the truth is a real bravery. I do hope that you will take immediate action with theDelhito make it as a national monument. Your all other members are same since last 4 years but they only knows to make bills at sujata hotel, taking photos with the high dignitaries whom they can not meet in 14 life times, and backdoor income. Do Monk Suresh Shesai Ji come for the meeting ?? He is a self respect man. Therefore like a self respect forBiharplease you take hard action this time to make it happened as a national monument.

Subject : Look at the media news from “ Probhat Khabar ” about your administrative condition now what you are going to say ??

What is your opinion after the article publish in the news paper “ Prabhat Khabar ” dated 2/02/2012 at page no. 5 ?? It is clear evidence that your administration is like “kumbhkarno” from Holy Ramayana who eats once and sleep for 6 months. Where is your photo season members the political people now ??  When you have your own security and staff which is above 80 numbers as well as private security, CC Tv and in the bank you have 200 million rupees then how all this activity is going on like Holy Temple became Temple of shoes every year from December to February and you have a notice board of rupees 100. This is not just 1^st time happening but uncountable times and just for an example I am giving you data. Could you please tell me for what reason you are using temple car if you are not able to take care of the temple ??

Dear chairman shahiba jee could you please tell me how from stupa the idols are vanished ?? The DM Rajbala Verma made a file with the help of archaeological survey of India, Patnadivision but your BTMC not giving the photos to me as well as the archaeological survey of India, patnadivision. The Drama is such that all the photos are kept in the museum at bodhgaya and if investigation started from that photo album then the entire previous secretary will go to jail mainly the great mafia Mr.Kalicharan Singh Yadav from RJD. Not only that most of the idols are taken out from the temple which is far top and replace by fake same idols which made atGaya. Do you want me to give you in writings in the court paper ? TheBihar government, BTMC, Archaeological Survey of India, Patna Division have no guts to accept my written challenge since 2008. Madan jee Mr. Sanjoy Singh the ex chairman of BTMC never dares to accept my challenge and even the Home Secretary of Indian too. Read all letters from the BTMC file.

Please tell me when you are going to remove the present golden colour metallic railing ?? Please look at Photo No. 0013 from where you can see the golden colour metallic railing.

And now you look at the statement your affidavit in the hon’ble high court ofpatna. Look at photo no. 001, 002, 003.

Look what they said under RTI act to me. 4-5 thousand monks are shouting mantra and they are tell vibration is the subject of study !!! ??? and then in the report expert and scientist are telling regulate the visitor !!! ??? I don’t understand what kind of scientist they once they are talking about REGULATE VISITOR and then telling Vibration is not the subject of study !!! Then what for they are appointed if the don’t study every chapter to protect the holy mahabodhi tree. And tell me this year 2012 what are the step you have taken at the time of organizing pujas by different organization ?? Look at the statement of the scientist in the hon’ble high court and as per available evidence you did nothing to protect the open two spaces infront of Mahabodhi Tree where devotees did pujas.

Dear Madam the Bihar Govt. played a big game with me and I was helpless because you all higher the big giant about this case and my lawyer was junior simple practitioner in thepatnahigh court. I know well how the govt. play game to save the face. When a judge said “ Show your evidence to district magistrate” then my question is the then acting chief justice is why I am in the court if the district magistrate ofgayalisten to me plea ?? Dear madam ji now you will see what is called supreme court.

3. Them temple condition is worse like Bodhgaya garbage issue which you was address at Bodhgaya on dated 3-02-2012.
4. Please look at the photos of the holy Mahabodhi Temple of Bodhgaya and tell me is it aHolyTemple?? The Holy Mahabodhi Tree is sick but who cares about it dear sir ? Even your appointed scientists are also telling lies and lies. At this situation dear sir tell me how we can protect our Heritage and who is going to listen us ??
5. I do hope that after seeing the evidence you will take action as soon as possible or I have no choice to take up the issue in the hon’ble supreme court. Please look at all the news paper cut off and the Photos of today infront ofMahabodhiTemple. Do you think any ways and means there is any short of discipline in BTMC ??  Read IPC 192, 193, 288, 406, 415, 417 and you are doing it with a Foreigner. His is being cheated by BTMC 3 times. General Suthum loves Buddha and he is behind all donations to BTMC to serve the people but you are all cheating this good innocent man. Think for a moment that even after cheating he is coming to you every time !!! Just imagine Bhante Bodhi Pal Cheated 30, 000 dollars, then again he cheated when the back side public toilet construction was going on and again 2012 he is being cheated. Just think for a moment Chairman Shahiba Ji how with out tender some one can construct any thing when the area is control by public property authority ?? Under which law of constitution you did it when you are in public property ?? Do you and your members thinks that this is your personall property ?? How DCA can work in your area without your permission ?? Without tender how you can allowed DCA to work ?? How you allowed your member Arbind Singh to construct the toilet ?? When you saw all the materials then how many times you issued letters to DCA ?? Mr. Lertruth is just a helping man of General Suthum and he can’t work in Indian with out the permission of any Indian authority same way DCA too. This Mr. Lertruth is dishearten by the acts of Indian.

What is the condition of Stupas ?? What is the condition of Holy Bodhi Tree ?? How you disobey the expert committee report and the scientist report ?? Even you gave affidavit in the court that railing has been taken out then how still the railing is there ?? Read tour report 5-6 May 2008. Read the affidavit of F.R.I in the hon’ble patnahigh court and then you see what was the condition at the time of yearly puja by different organization from Oct. to March. Look at the media report about it. I know I am talking to a deaf and dump but as a monk my duty is to knock your door every time like the way we eat daily food.

Look at the photos of beggars and tell me why BTMC allowed such “ DANA” ?? Look at the Korean Btv man how he is shooting !! If it is Dana then why photography ?? They show our things there and then these types of monks like our Bodhgaya NGO’s gather huge money in the name of poor people. Look carefully how media persons are also present and taking photos. What the social security dept ofgayais doing ?? When the law is there then why your officer is sitting ingaya?? What the police dept is doing ?? It is not one day matter but every year it is happening and all your officers are sleeping. Can I expect from you that now you will weak up from your Deaf and Dump condition ??

Subject : What happened about the goal ghar market place toilet ??

Chairman Shahiba Ji,

My simple question to you that are you a daughter of “ Dhitorast ” ( the great character from Mahabharat ) ?? If you say no then the question is why not there is any action regarding the goal ghar market place toilet corruption ?? After all it is a matter of 60 lakhs rupees as per General Suthum wife from thai land. And you also don’t worry being a daughter of “ Dhitorast ”  because heregaya media, social worker, officers all are in same line.

My simple question is how much money you got from under the table by Arbind Singh who is your member in the Temple Management Committee. There is no tender when the area is control by you !!! Over all you are the soul authority of the gayadistrict and no law in the constitution can stop you to probe the scam. Don’t you have any civil engineer in Govt. Office to estimate the cost of the goal ghar toilet making ?? Or you can not read letters because you are a daughter of “ Dhitorast ” ?? Then the question is how you became district magistrate if you are a daughter of “ Dhitorast ” ?? If an area is controlled by the Govt. or by any Committee which is appointed by the Govt. then they have to follow the law of constitution and as per constitution you have to make tender if any works carried out by the authority. So where is tender ?? Who is looking the work on be half of bodhgaya temple management committee at goal ghar toilet making ?? More over you are not replying my letters as a chairman of BTMC as well as district magistrate.

Therefore it is proved that you are a “ THIEF ” and I am telling it writing. If you are an IAS then keep in mind I am an IIT both starts with “ I ”. If I go to court then some IAS will give report to court that “ DM of Gaya is merely a chairman with out doing day to day work …. ” when DM is the soul authority of Bodhgaya Temple Management Committee as per 1949 act. DM shahiba  Ghandhi Ji ko mar ke aap jaisa ghotala baz log desh ko bech dala. You the kind of IAS who are the child of “ Dhitorast ” ruined my country ( look at the attached photo ) and you are supported by the DARU ( Wine ), MURGA ( Chicken ) party who has pen in their hand whom known as mirror of the society. Your backbone is so weak that you run away from Pachatti at the time of Kala-Chakra Puja and never dare to face a fatichar “ Swami ” ( as your administration whisper ).

What to say and to whom all are part of one coin !!! DARU, MURGA ZInda baad … Ghotala Baz Zinda Baad.

From 2009 I am telling you that you can’t handle these stupid members until you are strong. This isBiharand here people only understand hard word with hard action. Corruption after corruption is going on. How many times Mr. Lertruth Ji cheated ? In your time two times and think after cheated 3 times at a row still he is coming with money. The money may be giving by General Suthum in different way but he is the real source. What your master & spiritual master taught you dear secretary Dorje Ji ?? It is sure that he taught you to do drama otherwise why you are doing drama every time ??

6. See when so many NGO’s are doing work in Bodhgaya then what is the reason to go to bakroar village on 29-03-2012 to distribute medicine ?? When you have car you can go to deep towards east or west or south or north where people need help but not at bakroar.

See how you are killing the holy bodhi tree by not taking care of it ( not taking out white marbles, grill golden colour ( Even in your affidavit in patna high court you said that you took out golden grill and tiles but still today it is there and I know what was the game at patna high court and how Chief Justice over ruled my plea then I send all evidence to chief justice of Indian and I got his reply but no little money to file the case and now what you will do ), open place compaction, heavy lights )
8. 14 lakhs rupees in the donation box diluted by licking water inside of it and you hide that from every one.
9. Look at your contract with Security Company Cobra
10. Look at toilet making issue with DCA 2012 and public toilet making beside pond.
11. Look how Arbind Singh took his wife with the team at Srilanka and the bill ???
12. Look how you take backdoor help from FRI to make pujas under the holy tree.

Look at the changes in theMahabodhiTempleat Bodhgaya. The minority commission ofIndiareceiving complains with evidence from Bhante Satyanand Agarwal and Arup Bramhachari ( Swami Ji ) regarding corruption in the Buddhist world at Bodhgaya. Arup Bramhachari repeating his complains again and again with the Archeological Survey of India. Now the question is what must be the next step ?? Both the national organization is not doing any thing till now regarding the issue. FIR filed but DIG of Magadh Division is silent !!  What Mr. N. Dorje is doing with you ?? Managing the corruption issue with you ?? Even the IAS’s are so coward that they have no guts to answer under RTI because Buddho Purnima is coming and if the maharastrian buddhist see all the corruption of Mahabodhi Temple then they will tear the BTMC. Hotel bills of 3 Hindu members are around 13 lakhs !!! Even they played a game with Bhante Satyanand when he asked questions under RTI. Even I am repeatedly writing to Magadh Commissioner, DIG Magadh Division who are the members of the advisory committee ofMahabodhiTempleat Bodhgaya about corruption but all are silent !!! Subject : What is the reason for not taking any action against BTMC corruption ??

Dear respected sir,

1. Many times I wrote to you regarding the latest corruption of Mahabodhi Temple management corruption about making new toilet at Goal Ghar Market area ( Mahabodhi Temple Complex Market / beside multimedia centre ). Being a member of the advisory committee ofMahabodhiTempleit is your moral duty to stop corruption inMahabodhiTemple.
2. TheMahabodhiTemplemade a new toilet at Goal Ghar area ( Beside Multimedia Centre ) by a donor fromThailandMadam  Khoon Ratan Milinat. Who paid 60 lakhs rupees to DCA ofdelhi. Madam Milinut was not satisfied the material used in the toilet infront of media on dated 26-02-2012 at Bodhgaya.
3. The works supervised by the BTMC member Arbind Singh with DCA. Not only that the toilet plan did not approved by the Nagar Panchayat. Arbind Singh over ruled all norms by showing his power as politician.
4. Therefore an investigation must be carried out regarding this issue. Top to Bottom all concerning officers and members are involved in this regard. The district magistrate can not over look in this issue because she is the chairman of the committee and she and secretary of BTMC is not replying my letters.
5. Another corruption took place in the BTMC. How BTMC gave permission to a foreign organization “ The light of Buddhadhamma Foundation ” from Berkley, USA ( Madam Dixy and party ) to collect money from devotees around the world for repair work atHoliMahabodhiTemple. BTMC is not giving any data in this regard that how much money The light of Buddhadhamma Foundation fromBerkley,USA collected when it is a public property. From top to bottom of BTMC got enough under table that is the reason why they did not put FIR against BuddhaDhamma Foundation if they did not gave any short of permission. Not only that The Buddhadhamma Foundation not even gave any data of donation till 10-04-2012 at their web site. The district magistrate knows every aspect of it as a chairman but she is silent because she got under table.
6. It is your examination as an honest officer as well as citizen ofIndiathat how much you are an honest man. As I know that for an IPS very difficult to file a case of cheating against an IAS.

Sir,

With due respect I crave to urge as follows:-

That, the culprits are entrusted with dominion over many properties of theHolyMahabodhiTempleat Bodh Gaya in their capacity either as a public servants or attorneys or agents.

That, it has come to the knowledge of mine and many other persons that the above culprits have dishonestly misappropriated and converted to their own use the properties, so entrusted to them, in utter violation of the direction of the law prescribing the mode in which the said trust is to be discharged.

That, the culprits have forged various documents purporting to be receipts acknowledging the payments of money or receipts for getting delivery of any movable property and thereby the culprits have incessantly been embezzling the cash, movables assets and other properties of the temple for their own use.

That, the culprits, with intent to cause damage or injury to the assets of the Bodh Gaya Temple, have fraudulently and dishonestly cancelled, destroyed, defaced and secreted all the relevant documents that could have shown commission of crimes by the above culprits.

That, in every work, shown to be done in the Bodh Gaya Temple, the above factum of commission of crimes by the culprits can very easily be found out such as construction of toilet at Mahabodhi Shopping Complex with the help of DCA, Cobra Security agency deployment, giving illegal permission to The light of Buddhadhamma Foundation International, Berkley, USA to collect money from all over the world for renovations work at Mahabodhi Temple, so on and so forth. In the year 2007 Dr. K.P Ramaiya commissioner of Magadh Division wrote in his report to Gaya CJM court that a high powered committee must investigate theMahabodhiTemplefinancial corruption and his member’s property.

That, hence, the culprits have committed crimes punishable under Sections 406, 409, 467, 477 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

I pray to lodge an FIR against the culprits and to investigate the matter to surface the truth.

( Hereinafter referred to as “ the address No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 respectively, duly executed by me, named above, I am serving the instant legal notice under aforementioned provisions of law upon you )

Follows :-

1.   That, under the mandatory provisions of theBodhgayaTempleact, 1949 the address No.2 has been entrusted with the management and control of theMahabodhiTemple, The Bodhgaya Temple land and properties appertaining thereto.

2.   That, vide section 5 of theBodhgayaTempleact, 1949, the address No. 1 is empowered to dissolve the address No.2 and to constitute another committee, if the address No. 1 is satisfied that the address No. 2 is guilty of gross mismanagement.

3.   That, paramount to mention that the address No. 2 is guilty of gross mismanagement owing to the reason, depicted infra :-

Reason No. A :- 

The Bodhgaya Temple Management Committee and The Forest Research Institute, Dehradun jointly said in the Hon’ble Patna High Court with an affidavit that they have already taken out the Metallic Grill and marbles from under the Holy Bodhi Tree which was a white lie and still the Metallic Grill ( In the Golden colour ) and the marbles standing at there place. It is required to be done so that fresh air could reach the Mahabodhi Pipal Tree.

Reason No. B :-

The Bodhgaya Temple Management Committee changed the original shape of the umbrella of the temple at top by the help of the so called working for the protection of Lord Buddha’s Faith which is known as The Light of Buddhadhamma Foundation International,Berkley,USA.

Reason No. C :-

The Bodhgaya Temple Management Committee gave permission to The Light of Buddhadhamma Foundation Intenational to collect money from the devotees for the repair works atMahabodhiTempleat Bodhgaya. How much money this foundation collected that no one knows and under RTI dated 13-02-2012 BTMC wrote that they did not gave any permission to any one to collect money in the name ofMahabodhiTemplerepair works. And when the fax copy dated 09-10-2012 released by Richard Dixey shown to BTMC secretary Mr. N. Dorje then he was speechless for telling lies.

Reason No. D :-

The Bodhgaya Temple Management Committee also changed the out look of the Lord Bhuddha idols inside theMahabodhiTemplewhere all the devotees offer prayers. The change made by a Thai donor whose name is Mrs. Malinote and who brought the Thai craftsman to do the fabrication work. When at 2009 same project brought into notice by the then DM Mr. Sanjoy Singh to the expert committee and then they placed a condition infront of the organization that all the works must be carried out by the Archaeological Survey of India without changing the basic fabric. How the works carried out without the experts of Archaeological Survey of India and how the management can change the out look of the inside of a heritage ?

Reason No. E :-

The Bodhgaya Temple Management Committee made a new toilet just beside Multimedia Centre ( Mahabodhi shopping complex ) which is donated by Mrs. Malinote fromThailand. This toilet cost 60 lakhs rupees to Mrs. Malinote and she was unhappy after watching to quality of the material used at the time of making the toilet. This toilet does not have any permission from Nagar Panchayat of Bodhgaya. Member Mr. Arbind Singh made this toilet by the help of DCA Company fromDelhi. Even after receiving complains District Magistrate, Commissioner of Magadha did not take any action.

Reason No. F :-

The Bodhgaya Temple Management Committee does not take care of the donation box for which worth of 14 lakhs rupees dilute in the donation box for going water in the donation box.

Reason No. G :-

Number of pervious idols are missing from the Mahabodhi Temple and the idols are being stolen by the culprits and nay this fact is fully known to the address No. 2 but nothing has been done either against the culprits or to recover the missing idols or to pin point the guilty.

Reason No. H :-

By the report of the Dehradun based Forest Research Institute it is apparent that Mahabodhi Pipal tree was mercilessly cut. But, alas !! no action against the culprits was ever tried to be taken by the address No. 1, 2 and 4. And what was the report said in the year 2006 when the 1^st time bodhi tree cut off issue broke out in the media. Scientist from Ragendra Krishi Vishwavidalay took the samples from the cut off portion for testing ans where is that report.

Reason No. I :-

The address No. 1, 2 and 3 did neither strive to find out as to where the controversial cut off portion of the Mahabodhi Pipal Tree was / is nor ever try to bring back the same nor cause to probe into the matter incidental thereto.

Reason No. J :-

The Ex-officio Secretary of Bodhgaya Temple Management Advisory Board, i.e. The Commissioner of Magadh Division, did recommended fore high level inquiry / investigation team for discovering the culprits for above crimes ( misuse of temple fund and cut off portion ). But the address No. 1, 2 and 4 never acted upon the above recommendation.

Reason No. K :-

The ornaments which was missing in the year 2007 and then found from the room of ex- chief priest Bhante Bodhipal and the temple management committee have been deposited to the government treasury without verifying the same by the experts so that geniuses there of could first be ascertained.

Reason No. L :-

Few members of the address No. 2 are used to utilize the temple fund of the addressee No. 2 in paying bills of various hotels used for their personal needs and to use the vehicles of the addressee No. 2 for their personal needs and deeds.

Reason No. M :-

Neither use of loudspeakers has been banned, nor the controlling of devotees took place which was the advise of the expert committee, no action has been taken place to stop the soil compaction under the mahabodhi pipal tree, no action has been taken to stop hanging cloths around the bodhi tree, no action has been taken to stop the shows going inside of the temple, no action has been taken to stop the high powered lights at night which is harming the tree.

Reason No. N :-

No steps have ever been taken in true sense by the addressee No. 2 to save and preserve theBodhgayaTempleand the Mahabodhi Pipal Tree.

4.   That, the above listed factual matrix  are merely glimpses of gross mismanagement caused by the address No. 2. The actual list is many times more than portrayed supra.

5.   That, is the reason why I am sending you instant legal notice pro bono publico i.e in the general interest of the country and the citizens at large.

6.   That, under aforesaid circumstances, the people of great India speaking through me has valuable rights to seek from the address No. 1 to dissolve the address No. 2 for the sake of saving the prestige of India.

7.   That, the cause of action for this legal notice stemmed forth several times but lastly on 16.04.2009 when the prayer of the public through me redress of aforementioned grievances made to the addressee No.2 through chairman was badly refused at Bodhgaya Temple P.S & Post. Bodhgaya,Gayawithin the jurisdiction ofGaya Civil Courtand Hon’ble Patna High Court.

8.   That, I am entitled to the relief, depicted infra :-

A.   The addressee No.2 be dissolved forth with and a new committee be constituted for apt, befilling and consummate management of Bodhgaya,Temple, theBodhgayaTempleland and properties appertaining thereto.

B.   Any other quitable relief.

C.   Cost of the entire legal proceeding.

9.   That, the instant legal notice the great Indian Citizen Speaking through me provides an opportunity to the addressees for redressal of the grievances by granting relief’s, elucidated earlier, within statutory priod failing which I will have no other option but for to take the matter before the Supreme Court.

10.  That the instant legal notice has been prepared in 6 copies out of which one one copy is being sent to all addressees separately and the 5^th and 6^th copy is being preserved with me for future use.

Who gave permission to change our heritage ?? Look  the mahabodhi temple changes which took place in years. Money power in Bodhgaya changed the social febric of the society. Mainly Thai money power. Money can change any thing in this world and Bodhgaya one of the right example  in this world. It is only possible in Bihar.  When I asked the Director of Archaeological Survey of India ( ASI ) about all the changes in the Mahabodhi temple then inreply the Director of ASI said ” Mahabodhi Temple is not in our control”. LOOK AT THE FORMATION OF LORD BUDDHA’S EYES AND ASKED QUESTIONS TO YOUR SELF WHO GAVE THEM PERMISSION TO DO SO ? UNDER NO PROVISION OF BTMC ACT 1949  THAT BTMC CAN CHANGE ANY THING IN THE TEMPLE . THEY ARE JUST CARETAKER UNDER THE LAW SEE LAW NO 44 OF BTMC ACT.  WHO EVER GAVE DONATION TO BTMC THEY CAN CHANGE THE LOOK OF THE EYES OF LORD BUDDHA.

Ven. Bhante Satyanand Agarwal asked BTMC under Right of Information act 2005 that do they gave any permission to any Organization or any one to collecte money for repair work at Mahabodhi Temple or not and in reply after many fight with the officer the BTMC said on dated 13-02-2012 that they did not gave any permission to any organization or any one any permission to collect money in the name of BTMC for repair work Holy Mahabodhi Temple. And when  the fax copy of Dr. Richard Dixey dated 09-10-2010 shown to secretary Mr. N. Dorje then he was speechless  ( click on the photo at below to read it ) !! The question is what is the reason to tell lies to a Buddhist Monk Satyanand Agarwal when he himself is a Buddhist ?? A big corruption is going on. click on this photo and read.  

The inside changes made by a Thai donor known as Smt. Milinote from Thailand. The lady 1st cheated by ex- Chief Priest Bhante Bodhipal which was 30,000 dollars. Again the same lady cheated at the time of making Mahabodhi Shopping Complex toilet which cost her 6 million rupees. It was made by the member of BTMC Arbind Singh by the help of DCA company from Delhi. More funny story is worth of 1.4 million rupees dilute in the donation box due to water going inside of the donation box !!! More funny story is 3 hindu members gave bills of their food, stay, travelling which is around 1.3 million rupees in 4 years and two of them are local so no question of travelling and staying.

Due to all these reason I filed FIR against the chairman Smt. Bandana Preyashi, Secretary N. Dorje, Members Arbind Singh, Smt. Kumud Verma, Radhakrishna Mishra ( Bhola Mishra ) on dated 16-04-2012  at Bodhgaya Police Station and also a Legal Notice dated 28-04-2012 to Chief Secretary of Bihar, Chairman of BTMC, Advisor member of BTMC the Magadh Commissioner, Director of Forest Research Institute of Dehradun. Very soon i am taking all these people to supreme court about the whole mahabodhi temple issue. The district magistrate and whole administration, BTMC  is hiding like a thief in the night from me.

Black or white every one is cheating Bodhgaya spiritually and materially. The FRI asked the BTMC to cover the two open area to stop the soil compaction which is harming the Holy Bodhi Tree. When the BTMC barricade the two open area then The Administraion of 17th Karma Pa, Richard Dixey, International Buddhist Council Members and many others gave threat of donation to the Temple. Looking at the situation the BTMC called up the FRI and manage to get permission to organized the so called yearly puja’s which is ” Faith” ( Astha ). Where is all the people now to ask the BTMC for not stoping the soil compaction, watering in the ground, giving fartilizer in the soil in last two years ?? Where is Richard Dixey who used to sit hours to meet the then DM Mr. Sanjoy Singh ?? Where is Bhante Priyopal and Bhante Pragya Deep who arranged protest rally by the help of Fake monks ?? Why now no protest rally for so many corruption and not taking care of Holy Bodhi Tree ?? why not dixey, karma pa administartion, IBC people don’t wrote any letter to any where that the BTMC last 5 years not taking out the white marbles for which Holy Bodhi Tree not getting freash air in the soil ??
