I am Arup Bramhachari known as Swami Ji in the society. I am a FAKIR ( a kind of Suffism for understanding my way, for people i am using suffism ). I was in the forest with my master Munna Warsi for 14 years. We believe God is one, Man is one and All Religions are one. We don’t follow any particular Holy Book or any particular master or any sect, better to say ” ISM “. Our practice is LOVE without showing spiritual power to devotees. We generally don’t accept followers because we want quality and if some one accept any one as a devotee then unbelievable exam we take in many years and that is why we are very few in this world. We don’t build up temple because nature is our Temple  and generally we lived in hut or open air. In our tradition we are not allowed to cook, beg, keep money for ourselves and not allowed to contact past family except if there is no one to take care of old mom, father or sick brother, sister.

I came to bodhgaya in the year 2005 to show my last respect to lord Buddha. I was a monk of Bharat Sevasharam Sangha at Gaya. After seeing huge corruption in the organization I decided to come out from the sangha. I have enough time in hand to catch the train to go to Madras ( South India ) to live rest of my life. When I entered in the Holy Mahabodhi Temple and stood infront of Lord Buddha I started crying like a child. An Old German lady with scratch standing behind me and when she put her hand on my back then I started feeling a NUKE power running in my body. She took me out from Mahabodhi Temple and offered me food. We talked deep rooted aspect of spiritual life through out night ( 14 hours or so from noon ). She was heavenly lady and every year with a hope I wait for her. She asked me to stay in Bodhgaya to serve Lord Buddha that is why till today I am here. She was not a normal lady and she told me before leaving, that she will come again at the right time. In this Holy Mahabodhi Temple many things are happening in so called “spiritual world” which no one can believe and the only need is to open your inner eyes to be part of this HOLY event. But the mahabodhi temple management committee is running the temple just like a hell from the standard of holy scripture but who cares !!! Money is all for the temple management and the resident monk and the government of Bihar. Read every line of this web page and you will see the truth of Bodhgaya. Here at Bodhgaya every one is enlighten may be he / she is black or white to cheat people in the name of Lord Buddha.

Dear Brother’s & Sister’s to fight this anti corruption issue at Bodhgaya I was Jailed from 14th August to till 26th Sept. 2013 by the Govt. conspiracy for a fabricated case no. 201 / 2013 where they claim that I sent abusive e-mails to district magistrate and other higher officers but at the court the Superintendent of Gaya Police did not show one single letter before the hon’ble judge regarding it. 1st the government arranged a Buddhist Monk known as Bhante Satyanand from Bodhgaya to complain a fake case no. 119 / 2013 and when nothing happened then government officers plotted case no. 201 / 2013. The local media also in this conspiracy because I open their corrupt face infront of public that is why you can see some reports at Google. I would like to bring to your notice about the Holy Mahabodhi Tree which is sick since 2003 and  also to save our Heritage Holy Mahabodhi Temple. Apart from my monks duty I do social work ( Karma Yoga ) to help the downtrodden people and my way of working  is anti-corruption for which i was attacked  7  times by bodhgaya mafia’s in between 2005 to 2009 and still I am alive. I reply all the culprits by such a manner that all the so called hero’s started calling me ” THE LORD OF THE HELL” ( Yamraj ). These hero’s thought that they are locals so no one can tell them any thing and when these mafia’s & officers got back badly by the law of the land then all are now rat and hiding in their cave since 2009. Those IAS, IPS of Bihar knows me well they never dare to come face to face talk and for example ask IAS Mrs. Bandana Priyashi, IAS Mr. Jitendra Srivastav.. so on.

I touched every subject of corruption including Corruption of Media in Gaya district and I am fighting the battle of water-Lu with them even they publish fake article on dated 05-05-2012 with the backup of Bodhgaya temple management committee where the district magistrate is the chairman but as soon as i send notice to Probhat Khabar ( News Paper ) they took u-turn and publish explanation on 06-05-2012 and the reporter left the news paper. They don’t have any short of morals, ethics & values in their blood. The Nitish Kumar govt. have control over media and 400 Crs. ( 4000 millions rupees ) ad industry so no Indian Media house is ready to loose this money.

After attacked by corrupt people of Bodhgaya only Sahara News and Aaj News cover up this issue … if you give news to Gaya Media person then they show the materials to the person and earn money. Gaya Media persons are such.

A corrupt group of Bodhgaya ( Offiers, Mafia’s ) always  campaign against me ( Officers, Buddhist Monestery, Local NGO owners, some police officers ) that is ” I starts working against them when the NGO or Hotel don’t give me bribe ” mainly the corrupt NGO’s with the help of local boys along with govt. officers of Gaya but some higher honest IAS government  officers hammer on them badly in last two years . Every money power of Bodhgaya ( Black or White ) have NGO directly or indirectly so these white collar’s have problem with me because i open their face and they are the people who campaign every possible way at every place so that no one should believe on me and their corruption must go on which is their main source of income. They forgot that the world moves by the HONESTY not by the power of FAKE allegation. At present world  ” lie ”  is more powerful than the  ” truth ” and people follow that path of lie blindly until they cheated by this way or that way. Please keep trust on lord and one day you will see the power of truth. No one can believe how much  torture I faced by the locals as well as corrupt government officers but at the end all are RAT now. TRUST ON LORD PLEASE. NEVER LOOSE HOPE.

The Mahabodhi temple complex at Bodh Gaya, Bihar, India is a world heritage complex and the hub of  international smugglers of idols so I took up the case with UNESCO world heritage site but due to legal system with India and UN nothing much can be achieved. so only option left is to get a court order to change the system. So, if you are a true Buddhist by heart not just merely a word buddhist then join your hand to help the Mahabodhi Temple issue.

Will the Minister of  TOURISM be pleased to state:-

(a) whether Government is aware about grave damage to Bodhi tree at Bodhgaya, the world famous Buddhist pilgrimage place;

(b) if so, what actions is taken by Government to protect and preserve the sacred Bodhi tree;

(c) whether it is a fact that criminal cases are filed for such actions against officials of Bodhgaya Temple Management Committee; and

(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a) and (b): As reported by Government of Bihar, an investigation was carried out by Forest Research Institute, Dehradun regarding damage to Bodhi Tree. As per their report, it appears that the cut on Bodhi Tree is more than three years old. A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the Bodhi Temple Management Committee and Forest Research Institute, Dehradun for future maintenance and management of the Bodhivriksha.

(c) and (d): A Complaint No.850/2007 has been filed by Shri Arup Brahmachari Swamiji in theCivil Court. The case is pending in the Court.
