Dear Sir,
1. The entire monastery in Bodhgaya is under the trust act or society registration act and few are directly invited from Govt. of India which is under special act. I am writing you with my inquiry that what actually all these monasteries are doing in Bodhgaya. As Buddha advised “ Monk’s should not go to any crowdy place ”. Then what these monks are doing in bodhgaya ?? And if they are here then what they are doing ??
2. The duty of a monk is meditation and after it, serves the local community, you can say karmo yaga. This is universal law for any monk may be they are from any community. Now the question is why bodhgaya is dirty and give a look around all the temple of bodhgaya may be they are any one. For example back side of Royal Thai Temple, infront of Japanese temple. Not only that even these monasteries can’t even put a dustbin infront of their temple or build a dumping dustbin outside or around their temple !!! Then what the monks are doing in Bodhgaya ??
3. In the budget all these trust allocated money for health and hygiene. And some of the temple running dispensary !!! When the out side of temple is dirty and from where the disease coming up to public then where is the logic of running dispensary ?? Is it not a big drama in the name of charity ??
4. All says that it is the duty of Nagar Panchyat may be who ever it is. My dear friends as per Indian law nagar panchayat in India don’t have the duty to clean drain or swipe the road. Under no law it is said that they have to do it. The duty of people is to dump their garbage at the made dumping station which build by the Govt. and the nagar panchayat will pick up the garbage from there.
5. To made one unit of electricity it cost around 7 rupees and then tell me what the public paid to the Govt. ?? Who will fill the rest of the money to the govt. treasury ?? For example the govt paid 12000, per year for a child for his / her education weather your child study in govt. school or not that does not matter but it is expenditure for a child from govt. Now the question is do we pay 12,000 rupees tax every year to govt. ?? who will fill the govt. treasury ?? Dear friends we have very bad habit to put things on others solder. Dear friends can’t all the monks every week just for two hours clean the local area ?? What kind of love for mother earth all the monks is having ??
6. Who is honestly giving audit report to the govt. ?? Please tell on monastery in Bodhgaya ?? Cheating is the habit of Bodhgaya monks and then they go for protest rally, peace rally, sitting in seminars for ism ..etc. And if I say the truth then Swami Ji is working against the Buddhist. Please go and ask the DM, CM, Chief Secretary, Home Secretary, WHS ( Paris ), ASI ( Delhi ), Supreme court ….. so on what I am doing for the Buddhist. Once your one monk from IBC said “ If IBC write one letter then you will go out from Bodhgaya ”. I give reply through Govt. by using bulldozer on monasteries. How many temple is under illegal land capture case with Nagar Panchayat and how many got notice ?? Can you people do it in Europe ?? You all must be lucky that people here are very innocent and many things they don’t mind. How your temples are telling Indian are not allowed ?? Dear friend I am not your enemy but I know how to protect my people.
7. Last few years I am telling you all to take action against the fake monks of Bodhgaya but why you are all sleeping ?? You are using these monks as a toy against the govt. to come at the time of protest rally. You all keep alive all India Bhikku Sangh to manage these people for different rally in bodhgaya and Bhante Praga deep is the main culprit to keep all these fake monks. You people give him some donation from this way and that way so that his stomach can run.
I do hope that you all must come forward to serve the community by cleaning it regular way. Bodhgaya is ours so let us work hard to make it pure and beautiful.

Not only you Kiran Lama Ji but also the DM of Gaya also run away, the reporters of gaya also run away, the politicians also run away, Karma pa administration also run away and Including Dixey. Then look at the Photos of Tergar Temple at by pass where Karma Pa Ji stay and he is acting like a child of “ Dhitorast ”. He can not see the dirt around hisTemplefrom the window or when he go to terrace at evening time ( 31 feet minimum height from ground level ). And then he is preaching the whole world about environment !!! Then you see another example Dixey ( The light of Buddhadhamma Foundation fromBerkeley,USA) who gave dustbin to Nagar Panchayat to put infront of Hotels !!!!!!!!!!! What a brain don’t you think ??? And when the BTMC said to her that her project renovation inside the temple must be run by the ASI then she thought that Indian Officer may eat all the money so she back footed. She has brain to brought 1 million rupees flower to decorate for her Tripitaka Chanting pandal. Then you see the photo 6 which is a news paper cut off and it was published at the time Buddho Purnima when all Maharastrian devotees come to Bodhgaya. A mother is a mother but as per you the temple owner which is just a hotel forgot that mother is a mother. You all can not open your temple for stay for these poor mother and sisters !!!! And great brain Dixey call you all for Tripitaka Chanting !!!! See the photo no 7 which is the evidence that puja organizers blackmail the BTMC. Dixey sit hours in the office of DM Sanjoy Singh to make him understood that monks want to sit under the tree. This tripitaka Chanting can cure Bodhi Tree ?? Why she is not sitting hours in the office that BTMC not taking care of Bodhi Tree ( a ) 5 years passed away and BTMC not taking out the white marbles ( b ) Soil compaction taking place in the open place, no water is giving by the BTMC as scientist said, High power lights are harming the tree. She has brain to collect money in the name of Mahabodhi Temple repair and she has brain not to publish in the web site how much money collected in this matter ( Search from her web page ).

See how you all Temple Owners giving false bills to every devotees and in the bills every temple of Bodhgaya wrote “ Donation ”. How a donation can be room rent. How you are charging 50 to 1000 rupees per day to devotees ?? Donation come from heart not charge and then you are telling that you give free rooms to devotees !!! Dixey is calling all these liars in her Tripitaka chanting !!! what a brain she is having !!! What a joke … PUJA under the Holy Tree is a good business.
What a joke of the century that they are talking about Lord Buddha’s teachings those who don’t know what Lord Buddha said. And now if I file a case of cheating against The light of BuddhaDhamma Foundation then what will happened ?? Where is Bhante Priyopal and Bhante Pragadeep and there party ?? Why no protest rally with the fake monks when so much corruption in BTMC. Why they are now RAT and hiding in their cave (Temple) ?? Why they are not filing a FIR against the BTMC for corruption ?? I am arup bramhachari known as swami ji a Hindu Monk in Bodhgaya and in govt. offices. I was reading the report of Dr.H.T.Sangliana’s report about Bodhgaya. I have few questions to the vice chairman as well as all the members of the committee.
Q.1. When the Holy Bodhi Tree was cut off then what 350 million Buddhist of the world was doing along with 51 monasteries of Bodhgaya ?? If some one cut off your’s father hand dear members then what you will do ?? Single headedly I proved that the Bodhi Tree was cut off then who the hell give these people permission to call themselves that they are Buddhist when they can’t stand for their own father ?? And from where they get power to go against the govt when electricity was cut off when they did not pay the bill ?? … please answer it
Q.2. Why the government must give them special rate when these monasteries are running like a hotel look at the attached photos and the web link >> http://www.telegraphindia.com/1060927/asp/jamshedpur/story_6798628.asp as a sample copy ?? When they published their audit report in the local news paper or put is in their web site or give freely to public or news papers ?? … please answer it.
Q.3. From morning to till night and even in dream they are talking about honesty, compassion, love, harmony then why there is land scandal in Bodhgaya by Buddhist monastery even by His Holiness Tergar Temple. What are the social work they are doing ?? How many engineers and doctor they produce ?? What is the standard of their schools which they are running in bodhgaya ?? …. Please answer it.

Bhante Priyopal whose all points mention in the tour report >> Shri Priya Pal Bhikkhu from Tripura who represented the Chakma temple of Bodhgaya spoke on behalf of all the Buddhist delegates and made the following points which were reinforced by the others: “…… They said that they were not charging the devotees anything for the use of the facilities at the monasteries.” Dear sir and madam please asked the central intelligence to send you a special report on Buddhist activity in Bodhgaya. And now see this khata plot number and asked to BDO of Bodhgaya to report you. Bhante Priyopal sold ( Page No. 148, Khata No.2, plot No. 2282, 52/21 ) to Chakma Buddhist Foundation in the year 200-05 when he is the president of Chakma Buddhist Foundation !!! This so called monk will go into jail under section 420. .. Please answer it.
Q.5. How the thai’s are calling us “ Chi ” means bastard .. don’t raised eyebrows it is happening since the Thai came toIndia. They call us Chi may be you are xyz and we gave prove to BTMC secretary Mr. Dorjee ji how these thai’s inside the Mahabodhi Temple called Indians “ Chi ”. Please learn a bit thai and then go to Thailand you will see the real hard truth. And my countries Officers are so shameless that they go to attain their invitations. .. please answer it.
Q.6. Who are the people buying wine at night from Bhagalpur More wine shop ?? Who are the student at Magadh University playing cards with money infront of their hostel ?? Who are the monks using beauty parlour prostitute infront of Royal Thai temple ?? Please ask the International Buddhist Council about it . … please answer it.
Q.7. Why they don’t allow Indians inside the residence area of theTemple?? Dear sir/madam the Ex. BDO Sashi Shakhar not allowed by Vietnam Temple. Come and I will show you china temple.TaiwanTemple.. so on. How they say Indians are not allowed ?? … please answer it
Q.8. Why they do not keep Indian Buddhist Monks at their temple ?? Why they do not open for the pore Buddhist at the time of Buddo Jayanti ?? All the mothers and sisters do their all activity in the open air ?? What the hell these 51 temple ( small / big ) are doing in bodhgaya ( Except Nygma Temple ) ?? … please answer it.
Please asked then to stop cheating lord Buddha and bodhgaya spiritually and materially.

How many letters I have written to you dear members of minority commission ?? My granny used to call Red light and Yellow light users as “ Kala Angrez” ( Black English man ) and she always said “ My nation ruined by these people ”.
For example — Our planning commission members said around 3 rupees is enough for a person for a day !!! Now tell me can you get half Tea with that money ?? What is the educational qualification of the members of planning commission ?? Same way see our then Krishna Menon who advice Pandit Nehru to sayTibetis part ofChinaand the whole concept of foreign policy ofIndiachanged !!! Now you see Buddhist example – There is a lady called Dixey ( The daughter of great Buddhist Master Tatan Tulku ( gellek family ) but never dare to face me with issues ) and now she is buying dustbin to put it infront of all hotels of Bodhgaya through nagar panchayat of bodhgaya !!! She organized yearly Tripitaka Chanting under the Holy Bodhi Tree who brought flowers fromThailandwhich cost 1 million rupees for puja purpose !!! She don’t have brain to say BTMC why the marbles are not taking out by you when last 5 years the expert committee said !!! But she has time and money to go to DM Sanjoy Singh’s office and wait hours to meet him to take out the barricade from the open place. You think dear members what kind of brain we have in this world and they are running the show !!! BLACK OR WHITE all are cheating Bodhgaya spiritually and materially.
The International Buddhist Council secretary have time to go to beauty parlour for ayurvedic massage but he has no time to see why there is huge garbage at the back side of Royal Thai temple which is on the way of his monastery !!! But these people have brain how to call all the fake monks to join at their rally ( see attached photos ) against the government as well as telling lies to the vice chairman of minority commission that they gave free stay to the devotees !!! Asked these people what they will do if I prove that Dr. lam the famous vietnam master have wife and daughter in Paris ?? Asked them if I prove that Chota Bhante the owner of Wat Thai of Bodhgaya is a rapist and his wat pa is the hub of sexual activity ?? It is an open written challenge to the Buddhist World where you are the justice and asked IBC to accept it. More fun is dear members that this lady Dixey invite all such type of monks at yearly Tripitake Chanting !!! A drop of leman spoils the whole milk – cause and effect. People gave donation with trust that their money must be used with honesty but who cares ?? Buddhist practice is based on lies but Buddha is based on truth.
Dear member of minority commission if you like to think that I the Arup Bramhachari is against of Buddhist then you are free to think and I will do my way to save Buddha I don’t need any one because “ Deaf and Dump ” is the base of Indian Administration. …. Jaiiiiiiiiiiii Hindddddddddd.

To-day is the last letter to you because you are same like our parliament members, bureaucrats, BTMC, International Buddhist Council, Karma Pa Administration and Dixey ( International brother wood ). Thanks to lord that he gave you brain to hide from the truth. Dear Respected Sir / Madam,
With due respect, I would like to bring under your notice about the condition of Holy Mahabodhi Temple issue of Bodhgaya, Bihar, India. It is a great honour for Gaya,Bihar to have a World Heritage Site in the district. But simply declaring a world heritage site is not enough for UNESCO but also taking care off it must be one of the responsibilities. If you say that it is a country affair and we can’t do any thing then my question is what is the use of declaring as world heritage site ?? it is just like when any thing happened then our Indian authority simply said “ State matter or Central Matter ”.
Dear respected sir/ madam last more than one year I am taking up the holy mahabodhi temple issue and holy bodhi tree issue with you. To protect it we need will power within self but our Indian management is same like others. Here the cultured people are so cultured that every moment they are telling lies and lies. Therefore I would like to know what is the solution ?? If you point out with the Indian authority then they are going to say “ Yes .. yes we will look into this matter immediately ” and after that it is same as it was before. So what is the solution ?? I took them into Hon’ble Patna High Court and then hon’ble acting chief justice is telling “ … show all the evidence to district magistrate” so now think when he don’t act on it then I am in the hon’ble court so why should I show it to District Magistrate ?? Dear sir that is the kind of game played by our authority. So what do you expect fromBihar??
Dear respected sir/madam now I would like to ask you few things No. 1 when your 3 member team visited Bodhgaya then do they meet me or asked me to come to meet them when I am taking up the issue with you ?? No. 2 Do your team member asked the temple management committee that why even after 5 years which was the advice from scientist that till now the white marbles are not taken up so that the holy tree could breath well ?? Not only that the director of archaeological survey of India madam ji shout on this issue and asked questions that who gave permission to put white marbles ?? And see even after 2 years it is there so what your team member really did by the tour of Bodhgaya ?? No. 3 Do your team member point out why the huge lights are so close & direct towards an old Holy Mahabodhi Tree ?? How at night time the lights are on till 9 PM or whole night when the trees are sleeping ?? Such a powerful lights not harming the health of the tree ?? Do not electro magnetic field is harming the small plants when lights are on plants ?? No. 4 Do your team members look at the condition of the Holy Mahabodhi Tree ?? If so then tell me do they point out that early morning sun light is harmful for the Holy Tree when it is too old ( for any tree early morning sun light is harmful because night time heat when come with day time heat that particular time creates different energy which harms the plant ). What are the steps the temple management committee of Bodhgaya is taking about it ?? No. 5 Do they look at the stupa’s and asked where is the idols from inside and who gave permission to paint it ?? No. 6 Do your team member pointed out that how the management is managing 2 open place from soil compaction infront of Holy Mahabodhi Tree ?? This soil compaction taking place when the devotees walks on it or sit for puja and it must be stop and for that where is the arrangement !!! No. 7 How people are taking shoes inside aHolyTemplewhen you have put a 100 rupees fine board then do you fine any one ?? It is aHinduTempletoo. Look at anyHolyTemplearound the world ( Hindu, Muslim, Jain, Sikh .. etc ) that do they allow shoes inside a Holy Temple area (Mecca have more bigger area than Mahabodhi Temple)?? No. 8 Do your team asked the temple management that the barks and the black spots of the tree is telling that the tree is sick so how your Indian scientist is telling that the tree is in well condition ?? No. 9 How after repair of Holy Mahabodhi Temple the cracks are coming up if the archaeological survey of India is really used good materials for repair works and also what they are doing when one side of the temple is going down and where is the supervisor from archaeological survey of India ?? No. 10 How much open area must be given for an old Holy Tree and what is your scientist said about it ?? As per plant science theory a tree needs 1/3 area of the whole spreading area of the branches of the tree and the present open place of Holy tree is not enough so what are the steps you are taking ?? No. 11 When your Indian scientist said to take out railings then how this golden colour railing is there ?? Does it not creating heat which harms the old Holy Mahabodhi Tree ?? and tell us how far a person must stand from the Holy Tree when your Indian scientist is telling no one should come near the tree ??
Dear respected sir/madam where is your scientist team from France as you said to me last year ?? The Indian scientists are telling lies after lies and not answering the question asked by me and even after RTI they are not giving information. I have 5 foreign scientist statements who gave their opinion after seeing 100’s photos of the Holy Mahabodhi Tree said that the tree is sick and at the same time Indian scientists are telling that the tree is in well condition. Sorry to say that your 3 members team did not come forHolyMahabodhiTemplebut to reply the political issues regarding it. Just imagine even after 5 years they can not take out white marbles !!! Even when the director of archaeological survey ofIndiasaid take out all the marbles with immediate effect and even after two years passed away not a single marbles taken out. Therefore who is responsible for damaging the heritage site ?? Where is accountability by the UNESCO as well as BTMC ?? Who is going to talk with Home Secretary of India ( These IAS only fears the home secretary & no one else ) ?? What ever above 11 points I gave you that your 3 member’s team did not asked the Bodhgaya Temple Management Committee. Sir/ Madam do you think that all the above points mentions in the report of 3 member team ??
I do hope that you will come with positive action without wasting time. Enough damage done till now with the Holy Bodhi Tree and with the temple

Dear Sir / Madam,
As I am writing to you last more than one year regarding the condition of our Heritage The Holy Mahabodhi Tree and The temple. I wrote to you on dated 31, 01, 2012, 02-02- 2012, 03-02-2012, 04-12-2012, 07-02-2012 but till today no reply from your office as well as since one year. Even when your 3 member’s team visited at bodhgaya then no invitation was given to us so that we can open the face of the management.
Here is the rules >> The Committee is responsible for the implementation of the World Heritage Convention, defines the use of the World Heritage Fund and allocates financial assistance upon requests from States Parties. It has the final say on whether a property is inscribed on the World Heritage List. The Committee can also defer its decision and request further information on properties from the States Parties. It examines reports on the state of conservation of inscribed properties and asks States Parties to take action when properties are not being properly managed. It also decides on the inscription or deletion of properties on the List of World Heritage in Danger.
Therefore I would like to know that the State Bihar is taking care of the temple ?? What more evidence you want ?? Please send a scientist team so that we can save our heritage. I am giving copy of this mail to the following persons of World Heritage Site.
