Dear Chairman Shahiba Jee,

It is a great shame for Bihar thatMahabodhiTempleis not a National Monument. Last 3 years I am taking up that issue with BTMC even by RTI but your great BTMC not answering it. Look at the file dear madam jee. What a joke of the century that a World Heritage Site isnotNational Monument( Mera Desh Mahan ). It is possible only isBihar. The cause behind is political which is to give accommodation to 3 political members who have no base in the public life but working of the party for long time and for that reason they have to accommodate in some places and BTMC is the right place for such baseless party workers. What a joke dear madam jee when a member’s duty is only to come at the time of meeting and they have no power what so ever as per 1949 BTMC act. To-days political members are acting such a manner that they are in some high position.

TheBodhgayaTempleis the place of corruption since last 60 years except few years when Gayan Jagat gee was here and the great honest man from district administration was secretary of BTMC. You can see his photo at BTMC office. These corrupt members will never allowed the temple to be national monument because if they do then these members have no place to sit and earn under table the way your great kalicharan Singh Yadav and Arbind Singh is playing now in the temple. Look at the report of State intelligence, Central Intelligence report, SI Jamil Akhtar report about the Organizing Puja at 2008. Dear Madan Jee if you have a drop of honesty in your life book then investigate about it or called up DM Sanjoy Singh.

Dear Madam ji Jhasi ki Rani Bano that is why lord chosen you as an IAS but do you think you are doing your job ?? Running away from the truth is very easy but facing the truth is a real bravery. I do hope that you will take immediate action with theDelhito make it as a national monument. Your all other members are same since last 4 years but they only knows to make bills at sujata hotel, taking photos with the high dignitaries whom they can not meet in 14 life times, and backdoor income. Do Monk Suresh Shesai Ji come for the meeting ?? He is a self respect man. Therefore like a self respect forBiharplease you take hard action this time to make it happened as a national monument.

Subject : Look at the media news from “ Probhat Khabar ” about your administrative condition now what you are going to say ??

Dear respected chairman shahiba jee,

What is your opinion after the article publish in the news paper “ Prabhat Khabar ” dated 2/02/2012 at page no. 5 ?? It is clear evidence that your administration is like “kumbhkarno” from Holy Ramayana who eats once and sleep for 6 months. Where is your photo season members the political people now ??  When you have your own security and staff which is above 80 numbers as well as private security, CC Tv and in the bank you have 200 million rupees then how all this activity is going on like Holy Temple became Temple of shoes every year from December to February and you have a notice board of rupees 100. This is not just 1^st time happening but uncountable times and just for an example I am giving you data. Could you please tell me for what reason you are using temple car if you are not able to take care of the temple ??

Dear chairman shahiba jee could you please tell me how from stupa the idols are vanished ?? The DM Rajbala Verma made a file with the help of archaeological survey of India, Patnadivision but your BTMC not giving the photos to me as well as the archaeological survey of India, patnadivision. The Drama is such that all the photos are kept in the museum at bodhgaya and if investigation started from that photo album then the entire previous secretary will go to jail mainly the great mafia Mr.Kalicharan Singh Yadav from RJD. Not only that most of the idols are taken out from the temple which is far top and replace by fake same idols which made atGaya. Do you want me to give you in writings in the court paper ? TheBihar government, BTMC, Archaeological Survey of India, Patna Division have no guts to accept my written challenge since 2008. Madan jee Mr. Sanjoy Singh the ex chairman of BTMC never dares to accept my challenge and even the Home Secretary of Indian too. Read all letters from the BTMC file.

And now you look at the statement your affidavit in the hon’ble high court ofpatna. Look at photo no. 001, 002, 003.

Look what they said under RTI act to me. 4-5 thousand monks are shouting mantra and they are tell vibration is the subject of study !!! ??? and then in the report expert and scientist are telling regulate the visitor !!! ??? I don’t understand what kind of scientist they once they are talking about REGULATE VISITOR and then telling Vibration is not the subject of study !!! Then what for they are appointed if the don’t study every chapter to protect the holy mahabodhi tree. And tell me this year 2012 what are the step you have taken at the time of organizing pujas by different organization ?? Look at the statement of the scientist in the hon’ble high court and as per available evidence you did nothing to protect the open two spaces infront of Mahabodhi Tree where devotees did pujas.

Dear Madam the Bihar Govt. played a big game with me and I was helpless because you all higher the big giant about this case and my lawyer was junior simple practitioner in thepatnahigh court. Please look at all the news paper cut off and the Photos of today infront ofMahabodhiTemple. Do you think any ways and means there is any short of discipline in BTMC ??  Read IPC 192, 193, 288, 406, 415, 417 and you are doing it with a Foreigner. His is being cheated by BTMC 3 times. General Suthum loves Buddha and he is behind all donations to BTMC to serve the people but you are all cheating this good innocent man. Think for a moment that even after cheating he is coming to you every time !!! Just imagine Bhante Bodhi Pal Cheated 30, 000 dollars, then again he cheated when the back side public toilet construction was going on and again 2012 he is being cheated. Just think for a moment Chairman Shahiba Ji how with out tender some one can construct any thing when the area is control by public property authority ?? Under which law of constitution you did it when you are in public property ?? Do you and your members thinks that this is your personall property ?? How DCA can work in your area without your permission ?? Without tender how you can allowed DCA to work ?? How you allowed your member Arbind Singh to construct the toilet ?? When you saw all the materials then how many times you issued letters to DCA ?? Mr. Lertruth is just a helping man of General Suthum and he can’t work in Indian with out the permission of any Indian authority same way DCA too. This Mr. Lertruth is dishearten by the acts of Indian.

What is the condition of Stupas ?? What is the condition of Holy Bodhi Tree ?? How you disobey the expert committee report and the scientist report ?? Even you gave affidavit in the court that railing has been taken out then how still the railing is there ?? Read tour report 5-6 May 2008. Read the affidavit of F.R.I in the hon’ble patnahigh court and then you see what was the condition at the time of yearly puja by different organization from Oct. to March. Look at the media report about it. I know I am talking to a deaf and dump but as a monk my duty is to knock your door every time like the way we eat daily food.

Look at the photos of beggars and tell me why BTMC allowed such “ DANA” ?? Look at the Korean Btv man how he is shooting !! If it is Dana then why photography ?? They show our things there and then these types of monks like our Bodhgaya NGO’s gather huge money in the name of poor people. Look carefully how media persons are also present and taking photos. What the social security dept ofgayais doing ?? When the law is there then why your officer is sitting ingaya?? What the police dept is doing ?? It is not one day matter but every year it is happening and all your officers are sleeping. Can I expect from you that now you will weak up from your Deaf and Dump condition ??

Subject : What happened about the goal ghar market place toilet ??

My simple question to you that are you a daughter of “ Dhitorast ” ( the great character from Mahabharat ) ?? If you say no then the question is why not there is any action regarding the goal ghar market place toilet corruption ?? After all it is a matter of 60 lakhs rupees as per General Suthum wife from thai land. And you also don’t worry being a daughter of “ Dhitorast ”  because heregaya media, social worker, officers all are in same line.

My simple question is how much money you got from under the table by Arbind Singh who is your member in the Temple Management Committee. There is no tender when the area is control by you !!! Over all you are the soul authority of the gayadistrict and no law in the constitution can stop you to probe the scam. Don’t you have any civil engineer in Govt. Office to estimate the cost of the goal ghar toilet making ?? Or you can not read letters because you are a daughter of “ Dhitorast ” ?? Then the question is how you became district magistrate if you are a daughter of “ Dhitorast ” ?? If an area is controlled by the Govt. or by any Committee which is appointed by the Govt. then they have to follow the law of constitution and as per constitution you have to make tender if any works carried out by the authority. So where is tender ?? Who is looking the work on be half of bodhgaya temple management committee at goal ghar toilet making ?? More over you are not replying my letters as a chairman of BTMC as well as district magistrate.

Therefore it is proved that you are a “ THIEF ” and I am telling it writing. If you are an IAS then keep in mind I am an IIT both starts with “ I ”. If I go to court then some IAS will give report to court that “ DM of Gaya is merely a chairman with out doing day to day work …. ” when DM is the soul authority of Bodhgaya Temple Management Committee as per 1949 act. DM shahiba  Ghandhi Ji ko mar ke aap jaisa ghotala baz log desh ko bech dala. You the kind of IAS who are the child of “ Dhitorast ” ruined my country ( look at the attached photo ) and you are supported by the DARU ( Wine ), MURGA ( Chicken ) party who has pen in their hand whom known as mirror of the society. Your backbone is so weak that you run away from Pachatti at the time of Kala-Chakra Puja and never dare to face a fatichar “ Swami ” ( as your administration whisper ).

See how you are killing the holy bodhi tree by not taking care of it ( not taking out white marbles, grill golden colour ( Even in your affidavit in patna high court you said that you took out golden grill and tiles but still today it is there and I know what was the game at patna high court and how Chief Justice over ruled my plea then I send all evidence to chief justice of Indian and I got his reply but no little money to file the case and now what you will do ), open place compaction, heavy lights )
8. 14 lakhs rupees in the donation box diluted by licking water inside of it and you hide that from every one.

Managing the corruption issue with you ?? Even the IAS’s are so coward that they have no guts to answer under RTI because Buddho Purnima is coming and if the maharastrian buddhist see all the corruption of Mahabodhi Temple then they will tear the BTMC. Hotel bills of 3 Hindu members are around 13 lakhs !!! Even they played a game with Bhante Satyanand when he asked questions under RTI. Subject : What is the reason for not taking any action against BTMC corruption ??

Dear respected sir,

1. Many times I wrote to you regarding the latest corruption of Mahabodhi Temple management corruption about making new toilet at Goal Ghar Market area ( Mahabodhi Temple Complex Market / beside multimedia centre ). Being a member of the advisory committee ofMahabodhiTempleit is your moral duty to stop corruption inMahabodhiTemple.
2. TheMahabodhiTemplemade a new toilet at Goal Ghar area ( Beside Multimedia Centre ) by a donor fromThailandMadam  Khoon Ratan Milinat. Who paid 60 lakhs rupees to DCA ofdelhi. Madam Milinut was not satisfied the material used in the toilet infront of media on dated 26-02-2012 at Bodhgaya.
3. The works supervised by the BTMC member Arbind Singh with DCA. Not only that the toilet plan did not approved by the Nagar Panchayat. Arbind Singh over ruled all norms by showing his power as politician.
4. Therefore an investigation must be carried out regarding this issue. Top to Bottom all concerning officers and members are involved in this regard. The district magistrate can not over look in this issue because she is the chairman of the committee and she and secretary of BTMC is not replying my letters.
5. Another corruption took place in the BTMC. How BTMC gave permission to a foreign organization “ The light of Buddhadhamma Foundation ” from Berkley, USA ( Madam Dixy and party ) to collect money from devotees around the world for repair work atHoliMahabodhiTemple. BTMC is not giving any data in this regard that how much money The light of Buddhadhamma Foundation fromBerkley,USA collected when it is a public property. From top to bottom of BTMC got enough under table that is the reason why they did not put FIR against BuddhaDhamma Foundation if they did not gave any short of permission. Not only that The Buddhadhamma Foundation not even gave any data of donation till 10-04-2012 at their web site. The district magistrate knows every aspect of it as a chairman but she is silent because she got under table.
6. It is your examination as an honest officer as well as citizen ofIndiathat how much you are an honest man. As I know that for an IPS very difficult to file a case of cheating against an IAS.

1^st type species ( Satta) being immaculate, is illuminating and flawless / it binds through attachment to happiness and knowledge >

2^nd type the quality of species ( Rajo ) which is nature of passion as born of desire and attachment > it binds the soul through attachment to action and their fruit

3^rd species ( Tamo) the deluder of all those who took upon the body as their own self as born of ignorance > it binds the soul through error, sloth and sleep

1^st type of species ( satta ) draws one to joy and 2^nd type of species ( Rajo) to action and 3^rd type of species ( Tamo ) clouding wisdom / impels one to error/ sleep and sloth

When light and discernment draw in this body as well as in the mind and sense the one should know that 1^st type of species ( Satta)  is predominant

With the preponderance of 2^nd type of species ( Rajo)  > greed / activity / undertaking of action with an interested motives/ restlessness and thirsty for enjoyment make their appearance

With the growth of 3^rd type of species ( Tamo )  > obtuseness of the mind and sense > disinclination to perform ones obligatory duties > frivolity and stupor all these appear

What ever entities there are born of quality of goodness >  principal of activity > and the principal of inertia, know them all as evolved from almighty which is the most wonderful veil

Free from attachment / unegoistic / endowed with firmness and zeal and unswayed by success and failure – such a doer is sattvik ( 1^st species )

Full of attachment / seeks the fruit of actions and is greedy / and who is oppressive by nature and of impure conducts and is affected by joy and sorrow has been called Rajasik ( 2^nd type of species )

Lacking piety and self control / uncultured / arrogant / deceitful / inclined to rob otherwise of their livelihood / slothful / despondent and procrastinating — such a doer is called tamasik ( 3^rd type of spices )

The intellect which correctly determines the paths of activity and renunciation what should be done and what should not be done > what is fear and what is fearless > what is bondage and what is liberation that intellect is call sattvik ( 1^st type species )

CORRECT LIFE 

Purity of life > don’t lead to disgust > dispassion > cessation > tranquility > understanding > enlightenment

Living according to the will of lord > rightly honour > revere > venerate > that is training in mental / verbal and body contact

Metaphysical problems only confused man and upset his mental equilibrium and it will never men from misery and illness

Under meditation are grouped right effort > right mindfulness / right concentration > right understanding > right thoughts

Perfect life > infallible > blameless > spotless

There are inequalities manifold destinies of men > inferior and others superior > sick and infirm > stronger and healthy > luxury and misery > genius and an idiot … men himself is responsible for his own happiness and misery / heaven and hell .. he is a master of his own destiny > the child of his past and parents of his future

PERSON

The bewildered persons with vain hopes, futile actions and fruitless knowledge have embraced a fiendish, demoniacal and delusive nature

Men possessing a demonic disposition say this world is without any foundation / absolute unreal and godless > clinging to this false view these slow witted men of a vile disposition and terrible deeds / enemies of mankind / prove equal only to the destruction of the universe

Cherishing insatiable desire and embracing false doctrines through ignorance > these men impure conduct move in this world > full of hypocrisy / pride and arrogance

Therefore acts of sacrifice / charity and austerity as enjoy sacred precepts are always commenced of Holy Chanting with the invocation of the divine name

MAN

Four types of man > the seeker after worldly passion, the afflicted, the seeker of knowledge and the men of wisdom .. the best is the man of wisdom

During the final dissolution all beings enter the prime cause and at the beginning of creation almighty send the forth again and according to their respective deeds, and again all this multitude of beings subject to the influence of their won nature

Acts of sacrifice / charity and penance are not worth giving up > they must performed > for sacrifice charity and penance — all these are purifiers of wiseman

SOUL

Death is certain for the born and rebirth is inevitable for the death… manifest only in the interim between birth and death. The soul is never born nor dies. It is unborn, eternal, everlasting & primeval though the body is slain. The sense the mind and the intellect are declared to be its seat / screening the light of truth these desire deludes the embodied soul. The soul is incapable of being cut , proof against fire , impervious to water and undriable. The soul is eternal, omnipresent, immoveable, constant and everlasting. Who is unmoved under any circumstances > whose senses are completely under control and to whom earth/ stone / gold are all alike as a realized soul

SENSE

The sense are said to be greater than body but greater than the sense is the mind … Greater than the mind is the intellect and greater than the intellect is self. A person who performed action only with their sense> mind> intellect> body and with out feeling of mine & shaking off all attachment to reach simply self purification. Also desire/ aversion / pleaser / pain / the physical body / consciousness / firmness / absence of pride / freedom from hypocrisy / non violence / forbearance / straightness of body / speech and mind / devout service of preceptor / internal and external purity / steadfastness of mind and control of body / mind and senses

PROPERTIES

Non violence in thought > word and deeds > truthfulness and geniality of speech >  absence of anger even on provocation > disclaiming doership in respect of action > quietude or composure of mind > abstaining from malicious gossip > compassion towards all creatures > absence of attachment to the object of sense even during their contact with the sense > mildness > a sense of shame in transgressing against the scriptures or usage and abstaining from frivolous pursuits > sublimity > forbearance > fortitude > external purity > bearing enmity of none and absence of self esteem are the marks of a person who born with the divine gifts. Hypocrisy / arrogance and pride and anger / sternness and ignorance too these are the mark of a person who is born with demoniac properties.

DEEDS

karma ( deeds ) or fire never knows about us, they just follow the law of nature. Karma ( deeds ) is always just > it neither love nor heat / neither reward nor punished > never angry nor pleased > simply the law of cause and effect > All kinds of intentional actions whether mental or verbal or physical / thoughts / words & deeds > ultimate sense of karma ( deeds ) means moral 0r immoral volition. The past influences the present and the background against which life goes on moment to moment is the future, the responsibility of using present moment for good or bad lies with individuals

Karma ( deeds ) according to the time which produce result > karma that ripens in the next life > karma that ripens in successive birth > karma to produce an effect > karma that is ineffective ( circumstances /surrounding )

Karma ( deeds ) > regenerative karma which conditions the future birth > supportive karma assist or maintain the result of already existing > counteractive karma which suppresses or modifies the result of reproductive > destructive karma which destroy the force of existing and substitute its own resultants

Weighty karma > which produces its resultants in the present life or next life > it is highly refined mental states called ecstasies because the produce more speedily than ordinary mental states

Death proximate karma > which one does at the moment before death either physically or mentally and determines the conditions of the next birth

Habitual karma > which one constantly does produce and determines net next birth in the absence of death proximate karma

Reserved karma > is the last priority of result > this is unexpended karma of a particular being and it conditions the next birth if there is no habitual karma

Immoral karma which produces its effect in the plane of misery > moral karma which produces its effect in the plane of the world of desires / form / formless. Namely > killing > stealing > unchastity are caused by deeds.

Covetousness > ill will > false views are caused by mind …. Lying > slandering > harsh language > frivolous talk are caused by words …. Namely > killing > stealing > unchastity are caused by deeds and these r the cause of any animals of all kinds ( human )

EFFECTS OF DEEDS

Evil effects of killing > short life / diseasefulness / constant grief by the separation from the loved and constant fear

Stealing Conditions > property of other people / consciousness that it is so / intension of stealing / effort / consequent removal  = Effects > poverty > wretchedness > unfulfilled desire > dependent livelihood

Unchastity Conditions ( sexual misconduct ) > intension to enjoy the forbidden object > effort > possession of object = Effects > having many enemies > getting undesirable marriage partner

Lying Conditions > untruthful > intension to deceive > effort > communication of the matter to others = Effects > being tormented by abusive speech > being subject to vilification > incredibility > stinking mouth

Slandering Conditions > division of person > intension to separate them > effort > communication = Effect > dissolution of friendship without any sufficient cause

Harsh language Conditions > some on to be abused > angry thought > using abusive language = Effects > being detested by others although blameless and harsh voice

Frivolous talk conditions > inclination towards frivolous talk > its narration = Effect > disorderliness of the bodily organs and unacceptable speech

Covetousness Conditions > another’s poverty > strong desire for it = Effect > unfulfilment of one’s wishes

Ill-will Conditions > another being > intension of doing harm = Effects > ugliness / various diseases / detestable nature

False view Condition > Perverted manner in which an object is viewed and the misunderstanding of it according to that view = Effects >  base attachment / lack of wisdom / dull wit / chronic diseases / blameworthy ideas

GOOD KARMA ( DEEDS ) AND EFFECTS IN THE PLANES OF FORM

Good karma (deed) > generosity > morality > meditation > respect > service > transference of merit > rejoicing of others merit > hearing the doctrine > expounding the doctrine > forming correct view

1^st state > ecstasy constitute initial application / sustain application / rapture / happiness / one-pointedness of the mind

2^nd state > occurs together with sustained application / rapture / happiness / one-pointedness of the mind

3^rd state > occurs together with rapture / happiness / one-pointedness of mind

4^th state > occurs together with happiness & one pointedness of mind

5^th state > occurs with equanimity and one pointedness of mind

GOOD KARMA ( DEEDS ) EFFECTS ON FORMLESS PLANES

Moral consciousness dwelling in the infinity of space

Moral consciousness dwelling on nothingness

Moral consciousness wherein perception is so extremely subtle that is can not be said it is or is not

Karma (deed ) > patience > confidence > self-reliance > restraint > power

MIND

Happiness is the internal world of mind. The mind is very unsteady, turbulent and powerful therefore it is difficult as the wind. When a person thoroughly casts off all carvings in the self through joy of the self is then called stable mind.

Whose mind remains unperturbed amid sorrow / thirst for pleasure / free from passion / fear / anger / meeting good and evil / neither rejoice nor recoils  like a tortoise draw limbs in all direction with sense and the sense of objects called stable mind

The mind which performed for the sake on renown > honour > adoration / as well as for any other selfish gain either in all sincerity or by way of ostentation and yields an uncertain and momentary fruits called AUSTERITY

when ur mind will have fully crossed the mire of delusion you will then grow indifferent to the enjoyment of this world and the next that have been heard of as well as to those that are yet to be heard of people will also pour undying infamy on u and infamy brought on a man enjoying popular esteem is worse than death

THE LAW OF THEMSELVES

1. Physical inorganic order > winds and rain .. the unerring order of season / characteristic seasonal changes and events / nature and heat
2. Order of germs and seeds > peculiar characteristic of certain fruits > the scientific theory of cells and genes and physical similarity of twins
3. Order of acts and results > describable and un describable acts produce corresponding good and bad results .. deeds given opportunity to produce its inevitable result not in the form of a reward or punishment but an innate sequence
4. Order of the norm > the natural phenomena occurring at the advent ( arrival ) of his last birth > gravitation and other similar laws of nature
5. Order of psychic law > process of consciousness > arising and perishing of consciousness > constitute of consciousness > power of mind > telepathy > telesthesia > retrocognition > premonition > clairvoyance > clairaudience > thought reading > all psychic phenomena

KNOWLEDGE / WISDOM

The knowledge is a sovereign science > a sovereign secrete > supremely holy > most excellent > direct enjoyable > attained with virtue > very easy to practice and imperishable

WHO DON’T HAVE WISDOM

Those whose wisdom has been carried away by veil ( Maya ) and who have embraced the demoniac nature > such foolish and vile men of evil deeds do not adore supreme knowledge

Wisdom follows from 1^st type of species ( Sattvik ) and greed undoubtedly from 2^nd type of species ( Rajosik ) / likewise obstinate error / stupor and also ignorance follows from 3^rd type of species ( Tamosik )

VOWS

Practice without vows means the practice will be isolated / are controlled by delusion > vows without practice means the vows will be empty > if u have neither practice nor vows > u will be empty > if u have neither practice nor vows, u will live in the world in vain > if u have both practice and vows  u enter directly into uncontrived reality

SUFFERING’S

Five constitute elements of Dukh ( Pain )> aggregates of matter / sensations / perception / mental formation / consciousness

Suffering comes from > visible forms / sound / smell / taste and tactile objects are entirely subject to pleasure  … birth / ageing / disease / death / association with unloved / dissociation from the loved

This world is established on suffering / is founded on suffering / if any thing becomes a problem there is bound to be suffering / unsatisfactoriness / conflict and the conflict between desire and fact

Suffering is illness > carving is arising illness > removed it by truth is the remedy

When a person disappointed and frustrated behaves foolishly without sense / judgment and lose balance of mind

HAPPINESS / VIRTUES

Happiness must achieve of oneself / nobody can make one better or worse / purity and impurity depends on oneself / one can neither purify nor define another

Righteousness is a human problem > morality > concentration and wisdom > abstain illicit sexual gratification > abstain from lying > abstain of taking intoxicants > loving kindness > joy in the happiness of others > mind full of equanimity = realization of mental happiness = peaceful life

Additional Virtues as follows > restraint in deeds & words > restraint in the absorption of sense & effects > moderation in the consumption of food > avoidance of excessive sleep > maintenance crystal clear vision on faith > realization of shame as well as fear in committing evil > thirst for knowledge , energy , mindfulness & understanding

CULTURE

A culture marked by > tolerance > humanity > sympathy > understanding > compassion and wisdom

CHANGES

Yesterday’s revolution becomes today’s convention and today’s convention is tomorrows tyranny

SELF-PRESERVATION

Self-Preservation because of fear / suspicion / insecurity / misunderstanding of life / natural phenomena

RELIGIOUS MAN

Religious man > harmless > unblameable > respectable > decent > noble and pure life

EQUANIMITY  

Endowed with equanimity/ both good and evil / strive for the practice of equanimity ….. he who looks upon well wishers & neutrals / friends & foes / relatives & inimicals, the virtuous and the sinful with equanimity stand supreme

PRAISE

He who is ever established in the self > takes pain and pleasure alike > regards a cold of earth > a stone and a piece of gold as equal in value > is possessed of wisdom > accept the pleasant as well as the unpleasant in the same spirit and praise alike

PEACE

In whom all enjoyments merge themselves without causing disturbance attain peace not he who hankers after such enjoyment. He who gives up all desires and move free from all attachment, egoism and thirst for enjoyment attains peace. Knowledge is better than practice without discernment > mediation on almighty is superior to knowledge and renunciation of the fruit of actions even superior to meditation > for peace immediately follows from renunciation

SELF

All pervading ether is not contaminated by reason of its subtlety / though permeating the body / the self is not effected of the body due to its attributeless character

IGNORANCE  

The ignorant believe on supreme spirit beyond the reach of mind & sense > and the embodiment of truth > knowledge & bliss to have assumed a finite form through birth as an ordinary human. Who contemplates on the all wise / ageless being / the ruler of all / subtler than the subtle / the universal sustainer / possessing a form beyond human conception / effulgent like the sun and far beyond the darkness of ignorance

PLEASURE

The pleasure which born of sense contacts are source of suffering. They have beginning > end and therefore a wise man does not indulge in them.

EGO

Earth, water, fire, air, ether, mind, reason & ego constitute human nature … it is called lower nature that means material nature by which the whole universe is sustained

SEX

I am the mighty free from passion and desire, in being I am the sexual desire not conflicting with virtue or scriptural injunctions << Lord Krishna said in GITA.

SIN

Having subdued his mind and body and given up all objects of enjoyment and free from carving he who performs sheer bodily action does not incur sin

HAPPY

He who is happy within self > enjoys within self > illumined by the inner light that is light of the soul attains all peace. Whose sins have been purged > doubts have been dispelled by knowledge > disciplined mind is firmly in almighty and devoted for welfare of all beings attain peace

ANGER

Attachment springs up desire and from desire ensues anger. Anger arises infatuation from infatuation / confusion of memory / from confusion of memory / loss of reason and loss of reason the person goes to complete ruin

PAIN

The contact between the sense and their objects which give rise to the feelings of heat and cold, pleasure and pain etc are transitory & feelings therefore ignore them. The wise man to whom pain and pleaser are alike, and whom is not tormented by these contacts becomes eligible for immortality

ENEMY

One should lift oneself by his/her own efforts and should not degrade oneself  > for one’s own self is one’s friend >  and one’s own self is one’s enemy. One’s own self  is the friend  of the soul by whom the lower self that is consist of mind > sense & body  has been conquered even so – the very self of him/her > who has not conquered his lower self behaves antagonistically like an enemy

SACRIFICE

Sacrifice at the beginning of the creation.. foster this sacrifice …  rain ensues from sacrifice and sacrifice is rooted in prescribed action hence all the all-pervading infinite is always present in sacrifice. Sacrifice through knowledge is the superior to sacrifice performed with material things for all actions without exception culminate in knowledge

FINAL SOLUTION 

Problem of un-satisfactoriness, conflicts, disappointments = the law of cause and effects

DEAR TO LORD

He who is free from malice towards all being > friendly and compassionate > read of I & ME > balance to joy and sorrow > forgiving by nature > ever contended and mentally united with almighty > who has subdued his mind, sense / body > has a firm resolve and has surrendered his mind and reason > he who wants nothing > who both internally and externally pure / wise / impartial / risen above all distraction > and who renounce the sense of doreship is dear to me.

He who neither rejoices nor hates > nor grieves > nor desire > and who renounce both and good and evil actions and is full of devotion > who deals equally with friends and foes > who is alike heat and cold, pleaser and pain and other contrary experience and free from attachment > he who takes praise and reproach alike and is given to contemplation and is contented with any means of subsistence available > entertaining no sense of ownership and attachment in respected of his dwelling place and full of devotion is dear to me.

HELL

Given over to egotism / brute force / arrogance lust and anger / haters / sinful / cruel and vilest among men come again and again into demoniacal womb and then verily sink down to a still lower plane. Desire / anger / greed these triple gates of hell > bring about the downfall of the soul > therefore one should shun all these three

DEAD

When a man dies during the preponderance of 1^st species ( Sattvik ) he/she obtains the stainless ethereal worlds attained by men of noble deeds

When 2^nd type of species ( Rajosik ) predominates he/she is born among those attached to action > preponderance of 2^nd species is reborn in the species of stupid creatures.

When the 3^rd type of species ( Tamosik )  active the reward of a righteous act faultless in the shape of joy / wisdom and dispassion / sorrow is declared to be the fruit of act and ignorance

Wherever there is almighty and wherever there is great warrior goodness / victory / glory and unfailing righteousness will surely be there that is my conviction

Sir,

With due respect I crave to urge as follows:-

That, the culprits are entrusted with dominion over many properties of theHolyMahabodhiTempleat Bodh Gaya in their capacity either as a public servants or attorneys or agents.

That, it has come to the knowledge of mine and many other persons that the above culprits have dishonestly misappropriated and converted to their own use the properties, so entrusted to them, in utter violation of the direction of the law prescribing the mode in which the said trust is to be discharged.

That, the culprits have forged various documents purporting to be receipts acknowledging the payments of money or receipts for getting delivery of any movable property and thereby the culprits have incessantly been embezzling the cash, movables assets and other properties of the temple for their own use.

That, the culprits, with intent to cause damage or injury to the assets of the Bodh Gaya Temple, have fraudulently and dishonestly cancelled, destroyed, defaced and secreted all the relevant documents that could have shown commission of crimes by the above culprits.

That, in every work, shown to be done in the Bodh Gaya Temple, the above factum of commission of crimes by the culprits can very easily be found out such as construction of toilet at Mahabodhi Shopping Complex with the help of DCA, Cobra Security agency deployment, giving illegal permission to The light of Buddhadhamma Foundation International, Berkley, USA to collect money from all over the world for renovations work at Mahabodhi Temple, so on and so forth. In the year 2007 Dr. K.P Ramaiya commissioner of Magadh Division wrote in his report to Gaya CJM court that a high powered committee must investigate theMahabodhiTemplefinancial corruption and his member’s property.

That, hence, the culprits have committed crimes punishable under Sections 406, 409, 467, 477 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

I pray to lodge an FIR against the culprits and to investigate the matter to surface the truth.

( Hereinafter referred to as “ the address No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 respectively, duly executed by me, named above, I am serving the instant legal notice under aforementioned provisions of law upon you )

Follows :-

1.   That, under the mandatory provisions of theBodhgayaTempleact, 1949 the address No.2 has been entrusted with the management and control of theMahabodhiTemple, The Bodhgaya Temple land and properties appertaining thereto.

2.   That, vide section 5 of theBodhgayaTempleact, 1949, the address No. 1 is empowered to dissolve the address No.2 and to constitute another committee, if the address No. 1 is satisfied that the address No. 2 is guilty of gross mismanagement.

3.   That, paramount to mention that the address No. 2 is guilty of gross mismanagement owing to the reason, depicted infra :-

Reason No. A :- 

The Bodhgaya Temple Management Committee and The Forest Research Institute, Dehradun jointly said in the Hon’ble Patna High Court with an affidavit that they have already taken out the Metallic Grill and marbles from under the Holy Bodhi Tree which was a white lie and still the Metallic Grill ( In the Golden colour ) and the marbles standing at there place. It is required to be done so that fresh air could reach the Mahabodhi Pipal Tree.

Reason No. B :-

The Bodhgaya Temple Management Committee changed the original shape of the umbrella of the temple at top by the help of the so called working for the protection of Lord Buddha’s Faith which is known as The Light of Buddhadhamma Foundation International,Berkley,USA.

Reason No. C :-

The Bodhgaya Temple Management Committee gave permission to The Light of Buddhadhamma Foundation Intenational to collect money from the devotees for the repair works atMahabodhiTempleat Bodhgaya. How much money this foundation collected that no one knows and under RTI dated 13-02-2012 BTMC wrote that they did not gave any permission to any one to collect money in the name ofMahabodhiTemplerepair works. And when the fax copy dated 09-10-2012 released by Richard Dixey shown to BTMC secretary Mr. N. Dorje then he was speechless for telling lies.

Reason No. D :-

The Bodhgaya Temple Management Committee also changed the out look of the Lord Bhuddha idols inside theMahabodhiTemplewhere all the devotees offer prayers. The change made by a Thai donor whose name is Mrs. Malinote and who brought the Thai craftsman to do the fabrication work. When at 2009 same project brought into notice by the then DM Mr. Sanjoy Singh to the expert committee and then they placed a condition infront of the organization that all the works must be carried out by the Archaeological Survey of India without changing the basic fabric. How the works carried out without the experts of Archaeological Survey of India and how the management can change the out look of the inside of a heritage ?

Reason No. E :-

The Bodhgaya Temple Management Committee made a new toilet just beside Multimedia Centre ( Mahabodhi shopping complex ) which is donated by Mrs. Malinote fromThailand. This toilet cost 60 lakhs rupees to Mrs. Malinote and she was unhappy after watching to quality of the material used at the time of making the toilet. This toilet does not have any permission from Nagar Panchayat of Bodhgaya. Member Mr. Arbind Singh made this toilet by the help of DCA Company fromDelhi. Even after receiving complains District Magistrate, Commissioner of Magadha did not take any action.

Reason No. F :-

The Bodhgaya Temple Management Committee does not take care of the donation box for which worth of 14 lakhs rupees dilute in the donation box for going water in the donation box.

Reason No. G :-

Number of pervious idols are missing from the Mahabodhi Temple and the idols are being stolen by the culprits and nay this fact is fully known to the address No. 2 but nothing has been done either against the culprits or to recover the missing idols or to pin point the guilty.

Reason No. H :-

By the report of the Dehradun based Forest Research Institute it is apparent that Mahabodhi Pipal tree was mercilessly cut. But, alas !! no action against the culprits was ever tried to be taken by the address No. 1, 2 and 4. And what was the report said in the year 2006 when the 1^st time bodhi tree cut off issue broke out in the media. Scientist from Ragendra Krishi Vishwavidalay took the samples from the cut off portion for testing ans where is that report.

Reason No. I :-

The address No. 1, 2 and 3 did neither strive to find out as to where the controversial cut off portion of the Mahabodhi Pipal Tree was / is nor ever try to bring back the same nor cause to probe into the matter incidental thereto.

Reason No. J :-

The Ex-officio Secretary of Bodhgaya Temple Management Advisory Board, i.e. The Commissioner of Magadh Division, did recommended fore high level inquiry / investigation team for discovering the culprits for above crimes ( misuse of temple fund and cut off portion ). But the address No. 1, 2 and 4 never acted upon the above recommendation.

Reason No. K :-

The ornaments which was missing in the year 2007 and then found from the room of ex- chief priest Bhante Bodhipal and the temple management committee have been deposited to the government treasury without verifying the same by the experts so that geniuses there of could first be ascertained.

Reason No. L :-

Few members of the address No. 2 are used to utilize the temple fund of the addressee No. 2 in paying bills of various hotels used for their personal needs and to use the vehicles of the addressee No. 2 for their personal needs and deeds.

Reason No. M :-

Neither use of loudspeakers has been banned, nor the controlling of devotees took place which was the advise of the expert committee, no action has been taken place to stop the soil compaction under the mahabodhi pipal tree, no action has been taken to stop hanging cloths around the bodhi tree, no action has been taken to stop the shows going inside of the temple, no action has been taken to stop the high powered lights at night which is harming the tree.

Reason No. N :-

No steps have ever been taken in true sense by the addressee No. 2 to save and preserve theBodhgayaTempleand the Mahabodhi Pipal Tree.

4.   That, the above listed factual matrix  are merely glimpses of gross mismanagement caused by the address No. 2. The actual list is many times more than portrayed supra.

5.   That, is the reason why I am sending you instant legal notice pro bono publico i.e in the general interest of the country and the citizens at large.

6.   That, under aforesaid circumstances, the people of great India speaking through me has valuable rights to seek from the address No. 1 to dissolve the address No. 2 for the sake of saving the prestige of India.

7.   That, the cause of action for this legal notice stemmed forth several times but lastly on 16.04.2009 when the prayer of the public through me redress of aforementioned grievances made to the addressee No.2 through chairman was badly refused at Bodhgaya Temple P.S & Post. Bodhgaya,Gayawithin the jurisdiction ofGaya Civil Courtand Hon’ble Patna High Court.

8.   That, I am entitled to the relief, depicted infra :-

A.   The addressee No.2 be dissolved forth with and a new committee be constituted for apt, befilling and consummate management of Bodhgaya,Temple, theBodhgayaTempleland and properties appertaining thereto.

B.   Any other quitable relief.

C.   Cost of the entire legal proceeding.

9.   That, the instant legal notice the great Indian Citizen Speaking through me provides an opportunity to the addressees for redressal of the grievances by granting relief’s, elucidated earlier, within statutory priod failing which I will have no other option but for to take the matter before the Supreme Court.

10.  That the instant legal notice has been prepared in 6 copies out of which one one copy is being sent to all addressees separately and the 5^th and 6^th copy is being preserved with me for future use.

THIS IS 6 MILLION RUPEES TOILET AT MAHABODHI SHOPPING COMPLEX WHICH IS DONATED BY MRS. MALEENONT FROM THAILAND. THE WAY IT IS MADE WITHOUT TENDER THAT IS VIOLATION OF RULE NO. 38 OF BTMC ACT.  THIS LADY CHEATED 3 TIMES IN A ROW BUT STILL THIS LADY DONATE HUGE MONEY TO THE BODHGAYA TEMPLE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. AT THE TIME OF MAKING THIS TOILET THE BTMC DID NOT TAKE ANY N.O.C FROM BODHGAYA NAGAR PANCHAYAT AND NO PLAN SUBMITTED TO BODHGAYA NAGAR PANCHAYAT. ON DATED 26-03-2012 MRS. MALEENONT OPENLY COMPLAIN TO THE MEDIA FOR THE QUALITY OF THE MATERIAL USED TO MAKE IT. ON BE HALF OF BTMC,  MEMBER  ARBIND SINGH AND D.C.A FROM DELHI BUILD UP THIS TOILET. EVEN AFTER COMPLAIN WITH EVIDENCE THE DM AS WELL AS COMMISSIONER & DIG MAGADH DIVISION ( THEY ARE MEMBER OF ADVISORY BOARD ) DID NOTHING. CORRUPTION AFTER CORRUPTION AND THE SECRETARY MR. N. DORJE IS DEAF AND BLIND.

Article. in: The Telegraph, 17.12.2007: Priest quits over temple cut charge

POINT 1.        Do your scientist from Forest Research Institute, Dehradun, India measure the respiration of the holy bodhi tree in every visit ? What is the rate of respiration of holy bodhi tree at present ? When there is a method to do so then where is the measurement of respiration ? and then I wonder that how you are telling that holy bodhi tree is healthy ? ….

POINT 2.        How much %  of area of any huge tree like bodhi tree at Mahabodhi Temple, Bodhgaya, Bihar, India must be open ground to get well breath, fresh air, water, fertilizer for living a long life ? Is there enough open area is available at present under the holy bodhi tree in the Mahabodhi Temple, Bodhgaya, Bihar, India where lord budda got enlightenment ?  I do not understand, why there is telling, that holy bodhi tree is healthy….

POINT 3.        Soil compaction is the main issue for any healthy tree. Look the words of Lord Buddha .. ”  The tree that gives you pleasent shade, To sit or lie at need, you should not tear, its branches down, a cruel wanton deeds ”  The Jataka, Vol. IV, page 222 and now tell me when the soil compaction is still going on then how Holy Bodhi tree is healthy ? Bodhgaya Temple Management committee did not take any step to stop soil compaction. Root area is still covered by white marbles last 5 years. I do not realize, that why the BTMC is not taking out the white marbles ? so the bad effect is there, and there is no chance for holy Bodhi Tree to get fresh air and breath….. So ????  

POINT 4.        Look at the golden colour metallic grill and now you see what you said in the hon’ble patna high court and now you think that are you not contempt of court along with BTMC ?  The metallic golden colour grill creating heat which is just below the branches of holy tree and the barks of the tree getting heat which is damaging the cells of the tree. And the marbles are giving direct heat to the root which is harmful for the respiration. Till now root area is covering by cloth by the devotees and also out side Ashoka railing. So there is no fresh air for the tree. So I do not understand, why there is claiming that the tree is healthy…..

POINT 5.        Look at the present high power lights system around the holy bodhi tree ! Is it necessary to switch on lights at night when other lights are on around ?  Tree leaves have the most sensitive skin. These high power lights creates heat which effected the skin of the leaves and leaves carries photosynthesis so how a damage leaves can produce  nutrition for a tree. Dear sir do your  scientist ever put any thermometer just beside the leaves to see the temperature of the lights ? If you do it, you will see the truth….. so ??

POINT 6.        On the road side the butter lamps burning by the devotees, which creates huge carbon monoxide. It effects the respiration of the surrounding trees and also affected the sick bodhi tree. I do not understand, why there is telling, that holy bodhi tree is out of sickness…..
  POINT 7.        Look at the branches all over the Holy Bodhi Tree how dark black it is and it is clearly telling that  the holy tree is effected by Fungi. If it is not fungi then what it is ?Therefore I do not understand, why  you are telling that the holy tree is healthy…..
POINT 8.        When the sun light come out early morning then that particular time is harmful for any tree because Cool night temperature transforming into hot day temperature and the leaves of any tree is most sensitive in the group of living organism and to save from this affect we need to arrange a cover around the holy bodhi tree but there is no advise for cover around the Holy Bodhi tree. I did not find  in  any report.  Therefore I do not understand, why you are telling that holy bodhi tree is healthy…..

POINT 9.        As  your scientist Mr. Harsh from F. R. I said that sound don’t effect the tree. A tree is not living organism ? And every living organism effected by heat, sound, pollution – yes / no and then how your scientist is telling that sound don’t effect the tree. 4-5 thousand monks chanting mantra by mic from 5 am to till 6 pm and that huge sound will not effect a living organism !!!  In the web site of nature magazine you can read the effects of sound on tree …. so ??

POINT 10.      Show me from the CC Tv footage from BTMC that BTMC is giving water, fertilizer to Holy Bodhi Tree as per your advise. I want to see data from the last two years. I am challenging you and BTMC to prove it. Satellite data is available in NASA, RAW of India, ISRO to prove it. Therefore I do not understand, why you are telling that holy bodhi tree is healthy…..

POINT 11.      Look at the Two Bodhi Tree facing each other at west side of the Mahabodhi temple ( Holy Bodhi tree and sister bodhi tree ) and then look at the colour of the leaves. Holy Bodhi Tree leaves is in light colour and sister bodhi Tree is dark green colour. Colour changes took place in the tree out of nutrition. Therefore I do not understand, why you are telling that holy bodhi tree is healthy.  And I wonder, that your scientist gave me in writings, that there is no colour difference and deformed leaves are natural !!!

….After Kalachakra 2012

School Children  clean up the huge masses of Garbage 200.000 people left behind after Kalachakra 2012 in Bodhgaya, Bihar.

More than 60 school children’s of SARASWATI SHISHU NIKETAN from Pachatti started cleaning the area in Bodhgaya, Bihar, India. After the Kalachara Puja, in January 2012, no one is doing any thing to clean Bodhgaya.  188 NGO’s ( Non Monastic), 51 Monastic Ngo’s and 100’s of Hotesl and Guest Houses and business People – they all earns huge money at the time of Kalachakra Puja but no one is giving back to Mother Earth in Bodhgaya. Even his Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama advised every one to take care of Mother Earth. Around 200.000 people from all over the world joined in the world peace praying and teaching. And they left behind huge masses of garbage.   So Children decided,  that every Saturday they will clean in different areas of Bodhgaya for two hours or so until it is clean.

Even for Richard Gere the Garbage smell was too much …

When his Holiness Lama Zopa and Richard Gere were waiting for welcoming his Holiness the Dalai lama Jee ( That is Root Institute Road More ). Richard Gere is wearing a mouth shield because of the garbage smell.
