Respected Didi,
Didi, I am again at West Bengal for the sickness of my old mother and by media I came across the new developments in West Bengal. Your party as well as your dept. and the local officers did not reply to my letters. Don’t you think that I catches the neck very badly ? Why they are in fear to answer my questions ? It is the habit of the political parties and govt. officers to hide under the table when the things embarrass to them. I am very much disappointed by the comments of Mr. Mukul Roy, Mr. Subroto Mukharjee about Election Commissioner of West Bengal Madam IAS Mira Panday. I am asking few questions to your officers and party to answer it.
( A ) The public don’t have time to keep eyes on day today works of the government and that is why they elected the law maker to make laws so that the society could run systematically. Not only that we created a system to choose the best administrator from the society and for that time to time all India exam take place. Not only that in the constitution no elected member has any power to run the society and all the power lays on the IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS and WBCS so on. Dear respected Mamta didi do you think any elected member can order even a govt. 4th grade servant for any work ? Do you think without any note from secretary / chief secretary can any minister sign a paper and that is valid in the eyes of law ? I am a simple monk but enough to make understand the politician like Mr. Mukul Roy what is called constitution. Dear respected Didi Madam IAS Mira Panday the chief election commissioner of West Bengal was appointed by the constitution and that constitution accepted by us in the year 1952. Therefore if your party has any short of morality then say sorry to public because Madam Mira Panday was appointed by us because government made by the public.
( B ) Every time you are telling MA, MATI & MANHUS, by the people and for the people. Could you please tell me if you are for the people then do you think a rick-sawala or an auto-wala or a shop keeper of West Bengal knows the phone no. of a DM or SP or BDO or SDO ? In Bihar most autowala have the number of DSP, SP, IG and DGP. So tell me when the normal citizens don’t know the mobile numbers of district officers then how you are claiming about good governance ? Do your officers meet the public once in a week like in Bihar ? Do they carry land line phone all the time so that by phone people can talk to them ? Then how you are talking about good governance ? Where is the interaction between public and officers ? Look at the attached photo and see how in true sense Mr. Nitish Kumar CM of Bihar is for the public. You the political party never wants that the public must stand on his / her own feet. You want that for every work public must come to political door. The political parties have time for rally & gather public for it but no political parties once in a week or once in a month gather public to clean the garbage of their area !!! But shamelessly they claim that they are for the people without giving basic service to public. So when you are going to make compulsory for administrators to meet the public every week ?
( C ) How you are claiming that you are for the people ? Where is your honesty to eradicate corruption from West Bengal ? You have the state intelligence and every month or week they are giving you feed back so what is in that report ? How many IAS, IPS, Politicians, Police Officers, SDO and BDO is corrupt ? What are the steps you have taken till now ? Sorry to say that you are not honest and if you then tell me how many IAS, IPS, SDO, BDO and Politicians are in Jail ? No politician in this country act on the basis of intelligence feed back because no CM is honest. So when you are going to be honest ? I am a simple Monk and last 26 years I am serving people so I know a bit how the govt. works.
( D ) Do you think that your party has “ Mardangi ” ? If you think yes then why you don’t say to election commission that “Okay Madam Mira Ji take 1000 company’s of military forces, in 6 phases you do panchayat election and lets see who is who in West Bengal ”. If you say like that then you have “ Mardangi ” and it will be a big slap to every one but you don’t want that because fear of defeat is running in your vain. Dear Didi 95% politicians, IAS, IPS are the biggest thief in this country. They have fear that is why they run with body guards. Look at Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy, Mr. Jai Prakash Narayan and Mr. Olaf Palme ( Swedish PM ) who did not take security. They were real Marad of this world. Those who are real honest they never respected in the society because in modern society lies are more powerful than honesty.
Today 95 % IAS, IPS and Politicians are same like Lord Ram who killed King Bali from the back and became “ Purusatyam Ram ”. They have gun power and man power but none have self power. Look at the bodyguards with them and then look at the police who stand beside road for public duty. All the good fighters are keeping by the corrupt IAS, IPS & Politicians and the “ lalus ” are on duty at road side. Without these gun power and manpower these people are “ Namarad ” and when the “ Namards” are ruling the state then how we the normal citizen can get justice ? It is the gun which creates fear in human. Didi, ten police go with guns to catch one person and then the SP or DIG or DGP give statement that “ our boys did a great job ” when the fight was not one Vs one or ten Vs ten !!! The army men take an oath at parade ground to save the nation from enemy. When their generals are taking bribes from arms contractors, recruitment candidates etc. at that time these army men forgot to shoot down the army generals / ministers / IAS secretaries. Therefore Didi by words we are all honest but by deeds none. Dear Didi systematically IAS, IPS and Politicians make our society “ Namarad ” so that they can ruled over us. I would like to meet the SP of Mursidabad after the media report. So please provide me his govt. e-mail id to make him understand what is law of the land.

Didi from my childhood I respect you and still I respect you even after being a Monk and in future I will do the same. As per our Monkshood law we can’t keep contact with family but my old mom is sick and no one is there to take care of her so I was at West Bengal and I am very upset 20 years after seeing the condition of West Bengal. Please Didi stop blaming others, we human have very bad habit to give excuse and excuse and excuse and blaming others. I never expect such from you because I respect you from childhood even I met you at your residence when you were sports minister. Be a true leader please.
Lets us come to the point dear didi ( A ) If your administration is for the people and by the people then tell me your administrators are the boss of public or the servant of people ? If they are servant of the people then where is their mobile number at any web site ? Do they sit beside land line phone or do they carry the same phone with them so that public can speak out there grievances directly to the concern officer ? Do your officers are higher than Central Secretaries even who’s mobile number people can find out from web site. How much allowance the govt. give to your IAS, IPS, WBCS and Ministers ? Is it not a public money ? Therefore when you are betrayer towards people then how you are claiming that you are for the people ? The basic right of people you are not giving to public and then how you are claiming that you are for the people ? Look at Nitish Kumar he made public all phone numbers of IAS, IPS and BAS with Ministers so that public can talk to them directly. In democracy the public is the boss but the greatest joke is systemically IAS, IPS and Politicians made Indian as a boneless creature so that they can rule.
( B ) Look at every where in West Bengal how much dirt is here and there. The question is why it is so when all political people are claiming day and night that they are for the people !!! In Bodhgaya, Gaya, Bihar the Buddhist Bhante ( monks ) day and night talking about compassion, even in dream and then they said Indian’s are not allowed in their residential area even govt. people can’t go there. No data is available in the govt. who is going or coming there !!! When I talk about their compassion then the back of foreign monks along with govt. officers starts burning and I became bad Hindu Monk. Do your people can not clean the local area once in a week just for 2 hours ? Is the 2 hours is heavy for the political idealism ? Let them do the basic service to the society. Dear Didi let your party people serve the people 1st and then talk about social changes and also all other political parties too. We the today’s people are brainless ( I can prove it in live telecast ). Asked your DM Paschim Midnapur to give you all the letters and photos and then you see the condition of one place of West Bengal Municipality. Didi for development money is not the factor but the factor is “Community Partnership” which you don’t have and that is your 1st defeat. Didi today’s Bengali’s are boneless creature and I feel shame to call myself Bengali as well as Indian after seeing the situation of my great nation. 2 hours once in a week the political people , social worker and progressive minded people can not give for there area to clean it !!!!!!!??? And then they are calling themselves human !!!!!!!!!!!?????? What a joke.
( C ) Didi today suddenly I was watching TV and I saw Bandh condition. We monks are not allowed to see manipulating box( TV ). It is not from Holy Book but master advice every student not to watch it. Do you know this proverb “ Bihar ki Danda, Puri ki Panda aur Bengal ki Jhanda se bach ke rahena ”. Who gave your political supporters to fight with others ? You can not civilize your supporters but talking about social changes !!! I am talking about all political people also not only yours. There is a proverb I remember that “Politicians are son of a bastard” which is 99.99999999999% perfect for every political party on earth. If your supporter’s thinks OR any political party people think that their men have power then please come for live show with my team. I will show to people what is calling Bihar ki Danda. What is this that 100 people are beating few people ? Let it be 10 Vs 10, 100 Vs 100 then it is justice to show power. It is like our police who go with 10 people to catch one culprit and then the SP of the district is calling them as a brave policeman !!! What a joke !!! Like Lord Ram killed Bali from back and then people call him SURUSATYAM RAM !!!
Didi, Let people do as they think, why stopping people by force. Who give rights to do so ? Do the elected member have any rights to interfere in day to day work of govt. ? Can a CM sing a paper with out the signature of Secretary or Chief Secretary ? Can a PM sing a paper without a signature of Secretary or Principal Secretary ? Can a word commissioner order a cleaner to go and clean the area without the permission of Executive Officer of Municipality ? So what is the power of political people ??? People don’t know constitution so political people manipulate citizens. Let the political people change the constitution 1st and then come to public to say “ We are the boss ”. Is it not said in constitution that “ No elected member can interfere in day to day works of govt. and if they do so then arrest them ”. Didi from 1952 no mai ki lal IAS, IPS ever dare to arrest any political people when they call “ SP Shahab chor do mera admi hai ”. Our IAS, IPS is boneless creature that is why so called politicians think that they have power. Elected members come with the win of 3-8 % vote and then they claim that they are popular leader. Didi do the political people forgot that in constitution it is said that if 60% voter of the area can sing a petition of rejecting member then on the spot election commission declare the seat is vacant and it can be done any time in-between 5 years by the voters for any seat ? From 1952 no mai ki lal ever try to use this law !!!!!!! Dear Didi my humble request is educating people, let people support you from heart, don’t force people to obey things. Please didi keep in mind our life is based on cause and effect. You are suffering now a day with your EGO and this ego will finish you as it was happened with Ravana. As a Monk I request you please through it out.
( D ) Didi why the schools, collages are not doing compulsory cleaning activity in their respective area ? These students are going to be IAS, IPS, WBCS so on and every one knows bookish word “ Take care of society ” which they don’t practice from childhood and the result is Indians has to pay yearly 5-7000 Crore rupees as a bribe to govt. officers !!! look at your Offices how much money poor citizen have to give bribe. 3-5 % the contractor has to pay every table to get his bill passed. So 30 % money in this way goes away from the total bill then tell me how the contractor will do good job for his given contract ??? And your Minister Madan Babu forgot yesterday to accept that govt. dept. is corrupt that is why the road is bad. Did he knows what must be the dead load of per square inch of any road ? And when 8 tones roller contractors are using then what must be the result of that road ? Didi an Indian road needs minimum 20 tonnes per square inch load ( compaction capacity ) to live long. Didi asked your minister Madan babu that did his engineers knows how to see measuring tape ? Please come for live telecast I will prove the condition of our govt. engineers in India. It is not the condition of only West Bengal but whole India. It is my written challenge to civil engineers comes for live.
Didi look at any TV show how the so called educated people are fighting like a street dog when they are in any discussion !!! Do they know what are the basic norms to be followed when they are in public show ? In which manner they are intellect ? Why these TV houses are keeping uneducated anchor to run the manipulating box ( TV ) and then these participating members are calling themselves an intellect !! ? Now a day no school in this world is working to create human but busy to make machine like our monk’s community forgot their duty. No parents, no master, no school is giving teachings his higher students to address to find out the answer WHO AM I ? WHAT IS MY PERSONAL IDENTITY IN THE SOCIETY ? WHAT I AM GIVING BACK TO MOTHER EARTH ? Dear Didi every system want a boneless creature to rule over them. If you make these 3 questions compulsory in every school from class 9th just for 15 minutes every day then this Bengal would be heaven within 2 month. Our life is so fast and competitive that every one is busy including monks for short cut to reach their target and no one is practicing to gain patient which is a diabolic threat to bengali’s.
I want to say many more things to you Didi but 1st time it is enough.

This is my 2nd time to write you this letter with my inner pain. As I said on my 20-09-2012 letter that you don’t have “ Community Partnership ” for which you are a defeated person and here the photo is the evidence.
Didi, your Paschim Anchal Development Minister Dr. Hazda was opening the “ Day and Night ” football tournament at Talbagicha, Kharagpur, Paschim Midnapur at 11:32 AM. Please see how much dirt is around beside platform where he is sitting. Many reporters were there too and also educated people of the area but no one feels a little shame that what is the standard of our society ? Yes didi such act in bihar is not possible.
Didi, tell me what the youths are doing here ? What your youth federation is doing ? Every party has time to collect the people for their “ Jhanda Bazi ” and “ Michil Bazi ” but no one has time to clean the area once in a week at their area so that they can live healthy life. what kind of morals, ethics, values they have !!!?? And then are calling themselves progressive minded people !!!???
Didi, here I saw “ ISKON ” and “ RAM KRISHNA MISSION ” unite at Talbagicha, Kharagpur and they have their so called followers but they also don’t do their monks duty !!! What to say and whom to say ? Here in Bengal the bureaucrats needs how many hours to pick up the phone to call the officers that god only knows but their mind, heart and hand works like a light speed when something happened with their family OR area. I must thank to Nitish Kumar even after huge corruption in Bihar that no officer can sit if a State Minister visited any place.
Didi, Think for moment and please introduce these 3 question to every supporter in your party that “ WHO AM I ? WHAT IS MY PERSONAL IDENTITY IN THE SOCIETY ? WHAT I HAVE GIVEN BACK TO MOTHER EARTH ? And I am giving you in writings that your party and Bengal would be heaven. People never address the basic questions of life and here is the problem of the world community.

By your advice I met SDO of Kharagpur and told her everything in detail. When I was waiting for meeting SDO I saw infront of his office staffs keep cycle in this manner and also sitting infront of public in this manner where the chamber of an IAS !!!???
Sir, I told her about the condition of outside of her office and took this photo. I wait 1 hour at tea shop at west side of her office to take 1st hand experience about the swiftness of her work. Sorry to
say within one hours she could not take the staff cycle out infront of her office !!!! Do you think I will really get justice ??? Do you think my sick mom & brother will get justice those who are suffering
more than 10 years by cruel neighbour ? They have no good link with outside world because they cannot bear any tension due to illness so they don’t mix-up with people.
Sir, it is 1 million% true that Bihar is corrupt and the kind of corruption we are watching here that is beyond your imagination. But dear sir, no mai ka lal in Bihar have guts to keep cycle in this manner infront of an IAS chamber. I am puzzled !!!!!!???? My friend is going sent me photos about local issues and I will forward you from Bihar from tomorrow onwards for good govern.
